You might want to skip taking caffeine the first two hours after waking up. Your hormone cortisol will do the work for you.
Another great replacer for caffeine is sunlight. Whenever you feel like having a cup of coffee, put your face in the sun for 10 minutes, and you’ll feel reenergized.

in one scoop of 30grams was 80mg of caff! ( i didn't know) i took 2 scoops every morning and i was taking pre and coff the rest of the day.
my anxiety got very high.
now i reduced my caff intake.

I only take caffeine maybe every 2 weeks. I have never drank tea or coffee before but enjoy caffeinated soft drinks and preworkouts. Reducing caffeine has stopped my anxiety, improved my sleep and no headaches. Try stim free preworkout and fat burners before your workouts. Not the same as caffeine but a decent replacement

I've been following you for years, but I never wrote a comment, but now I feel it. I see you are making changes, your shape reflects it. The whole fitness community is toxic, full of masks and pretenses. People are inside the void, even if Instagram or Facebook doesn't show it at first glance. However, photos are deceiving. Take care of yourself, dreams are important, but there is always a way to do it differently. More and more natural. You figure things out gradually. Everything has its time and development. Caffeine is just a little lie in the whole matrix and especially in the fitness environment.

Nurse here, could also be linked to your trt which affects blood lipids and causes blood pressure to rise , was so out of breath when i did trt same for me had to stop

im the same i have lots of caffeine 400 but what i do is i quit it for a month every 3 months
I could be wrong but I think that green tea has caffeine. Most green teas generally have 25-30mg of caffeine unless it specifically says it's decaf

@@MerijnOfficial green tea does have caffeine but the content is much less than coffee and actually lasts a lot longer too as it has no crazy ups and down.
Regards to tea. Please go to a tea shop and get a high quality tea. It taste so so much better than storebought peasent tea and you will have a lot more options too.
Personally i love drinking white and rooibos as they contain no caffeine 😊
@@steffenpetersen2103 white tea does contain caffeine as it is from the same tea plant as green and black teas. It is just that it has less caffeine and is less processed than green and black teas. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free.
En decaf koffietjes Merijn? Ik merk dat ik na 3 koffietjes (soms valt die 3e al niet lekker) de caffeïne negatief begin te voelen, maar omdat koffie maken en drinken gewoon zo goed als beloning en werk cue werkt drink ik daarna decaf varianten! Misschien anders met (haver)cappuccino 👀 dan zwarte koffie maar zelf merk ik het verschil eigenlijk niet. Hypertensie is overigens ook bij mij vastgesteld gek genoeg! Ben benieuwd of je je bloeddruk hiermee inderdaad omlaag gaat krijgen.
When you let yourself to sleep in, you said you woke up at 8:00. Your blood pressure is most likely genetics, but maybe you shouldn't force yourself to wake up that early at 5:00, let it be more natural time like 6:00 - 6:30 from 22:00 - 22:30.

Being on TRT in the past has an affect on blood pressure too i believe. Check your natty test levels
Could be. Bloodwork has been totally normal, since after 4 months of quitting or so. ADHD medication more likely has to do with it, can touch on that in another video
@@MerijnOfficial ADHD meds is like caffeine x2 in energy boosting effects. I believe im unsiagnosed ADHD and when i tried my brothers meds it was like crack. Everything was so easy.

@@donn1473 You don't have ADHD, when you take meds its supposed to have the opposite effect. If someone has ADHD the meds actually calm you down and let you focus, not crack you out.
I have to donate blood every few months while on TRT to bring blood pressure down.
I went from 2 scoops of C4 even before going to class to 3 cups of green tea a day
hair started to become thicker, acne gone , etc
Ik drink al dagelijks +-5 bakken koffie vanaf mijn 15e ofzo, dat is inmiddels 10 jaar terug. Zou niet weten wat het met mij zou doen mocht ik er nu ineens mee stoppen. Misschien wel interessant.

another tip i use is Decaf coffee ! i get the taste but 0 caffeine

Love the vids however at your bodyweight / bodyfat - activity level and age you should be consistently below 120/80 - those numbers are very high and worrying - get a 24 hour monitor to remove any 'white coat syndrome' and if its still >120/80 consistently , get medicated
Stay safe and dont take high BP lightly - those numbers are very worrying.
