I am doing 40sec jump + 20 sec rest ( 100 jump every each set) , like that for 45 minutes ❤

I would recommend the 6mm PVC. It has good feel and feedback for getting started and is a great all around rope.
House music is slow. Try beakbeat or psychedelic trance, their rhythm is better suited to the rope.
I felt the.ones I found for the workout weren't too bad actually. Plus it's mixing in bodyweight exercises so it worked well. Will check those out though🤙
