I have my little rituals before bed- that help me prep for good sleep. I make sure my room is super tidy and clean. All stuff put away. I wash my face and do my skin care, brush teeth. Put on lotion. Spray my pillow (like you said), put lotion on my feet (like you said), set out my work out stuff for the a.m., make a list of things I need/want to do the next day (this helps so so much to get it off of your mind and brain dump), and I turn a fan on because I love the sound. I put on comfy cozy pjs, and put on great lip balm. It's a fun routine to do all of this, and it starts prepping my mind to get into bed.
Last ☝🏽 clean 🧼 your damn feet 🦶! With summer sandal wearing... gross feet happens! Such a wonderful before bed hygiene suggestion! Yay! Love all these!

I just got two 15 lb salt rock lamps a few weeks ago and I adore them! 🥰 Have one in our bedroom and one in our living room. Also got two smaller lamps that I will gift my brother and my best friend, and I even got 4 salt rock candle holders 😅 OBSESSED with these things. They are sooo cozy and have so many benefits. Plus the ambience is so nice and makes it feel like it's warmer, great now that it's october and soon winter. 🥶🌞

Mona, I've made my room so zen and boho...I absolutely love it and I feel so peaceful when I am in my room. BUT, my roommate and her home decor is the complete opposite (think loud colors, clutter, etc)...I have a hard time being in the common areas so I am stuck in my room the entire time during quarantine...do you have any recommendations?

A curtain partition can help. You get more privacy and don't have to look at the other side of the room

Wipes are good, but if you're up to it, try soaking your feet in epsom salt, extra magnesium
