Take vitamin D3 is link to anxiety and depression same as magnesium. Before going to sleep take chamomile tea. If you really need to take Benadryl to go to sleep I did for a while when I had anxiety.

Omg Thanks I’m 15 so the doctors won’t let me have sleep medication. I only about 3 hours of sleep a day on average I’m so sleep deprived and it’s affecting my mood and my work I hate it. I’m always fatigued and deprived.

I would advise that you inform that taking kava and Valerian could be unsafe and damaging to the liver. And do much more damaging if you happen to have some type of liver disease.

I had sleep paralysis for most of my life. Would experience some scary things during it too. But when I faced my fear with positivity then sleep paralysis was not so bad and often acted as a tool to achieve AP. Eventually SP subsided. I love sleeping on my back still, usually more transcendent sleep experiences as such.

The weighted blanket has been amazing for me for quality of sleep and calming anxiety while you try to fall asleep. Try just sleeping with a flat sheet and the weighted blanket if you’re worried about heat. I usually use my thin comforter too, if the AC is high enough to counteract.

Use retinol and tranexamic acid serums on different nights. It will work wonders trust me
After hernia surgery where one leg nerve was removed Magnesium is the only way I can sleep now.
