    What is the exact type of the front lamp in this video that can be operated via LED remote? Is there any list of compatible lamps available? Or it is just one specific type that works on? Cheers.

    at 1m50 it shows an LED light mounted onto the handlebars and controlled via the app - the concept I like but is it generic to all bikes and if so where is the light/mounting kit online to purchase, or is it specific to the bike in the video? thanks in advance

      Hello David Jones, LED Remote or a Mini Remote are the standard set up of Smart System eBike. That´s how the eBike connects wit the app and also controls the eBike. Lights are fitted and purchased separately via an authorised dealer if the eBike was manufactured without lights. Your Bosch eBike Team

    Hello, I am trying to Connect my bluetooth heart rate belt to see my heart rate while riding but I cannot find the option to connect with Bluetooth devices. I see this on the FAQ site in your website but I don’t see that on the settings menu. Please can you help?

      Hello Francesc.
      In order to be able to advise you on any solutions, we first need to know what app (Flow App, Connect App), display (Kiox 300) and smartphone model you are using?
      In the meantime you could check if the Heart Rate sensor is paired to another device (e. g. a smartphone) and also please try to reset the Heart Rate according to the manufacturer.
      If the problem persists, please contact our end customer support at contact@bosch-ebike.de so we can get further details and provide assistance.

    Gaat de lock-functie ook werken met alleen de Kiox 300 bij de hand? Ik begrijp dat de functie nu gebruikmaakt van het actieve Bosch account op je telefoon, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit met een unieke opgeslagen ID / key / hash of zo werkt. Het lijkt me dat dit ook gerealiseerd kan worden met de unieke ID van het Kiox 300 scherm dat gekoppeld is aan je account en via bluetooth eenmalig een code kan laden. Afhankelijkheid van (alleen) een telefoon als alles bepalende sleutel vind ik geen prettig idee.

      Ik heb ergens gelezen dat de volgende update’s nog wel even zullen gaan duren.
      Onderstaand is de reactie van bosche.
      Dit naar aanleiding van mijn vraag wanneer we een route kunnen plannen.
      Bedankt voor uw reactie.
      Helaas hebben wij geen informatie over de toekomstig beschikbaarheid om aangemaakte routes te kunnen maken en gebruiken.

    Hello Bosch Team,
    I am connected via my iPhone using latest Bosch My E-bike app and software update. when trying to set the time, it is showing wrong time.
    It showing the time 3 hours earlier that it actually is.
    I can disable Bluetooth and set up the clock manually, but the moment I re-enable the BT, it will connect to my iPhone and reset the time to 3 hours minus.
    Looks like a bug in the Software.

      Hello mishka59, please perform below troubleshooting:
      1. remove all devices with the name "smart system eBike" in the Bluetooth settings
      2. uninstall the Flow app
      3. reinstall Flow App & log in with existing account
      4. pair the eBike
      If that doesn't help. please contact us from the Help Center in the Flow app.
      To do this, follow these steps:
      Flow App > Settings > Help center > (scroll all the way down) Contact support > Choose eBike Flow app > mention your case number : 30252141 > make sure you allow "Attach log files" in the Log file settings, before you hit > Send request
      This way we automatically get all the device & account information. The logs from the app will also be sent to us and can be analysed by our developers.
      And also let us know if you set the time on your phone to manual or automatic
      This would help our investigation very much.

    I have bought an e-bike with the Bosch performance line engine and the control unit is coming but the Bosch APP gives me an error 523001 that the speed sensor does not work. Is the display optional? It doesn't come on my bike.

    How I can transfer a route from eFlow to kiox300 just to see turns at least? similar to kiox older model, but I cant see a button

      Hi Vovik. The view rotates in the direction of movement while riding and the display also shows the distance to the destination. At this time the Kiox300 does not offer to see the turns.     Leuk filmpje. Alleen jammer de de navigatie nog ontbreekt. Dir zou een grote meerwaarde hebben. Bij de voorgaandde serie was dit wel. Nu iets nieuw gekocht maar helaas met minder mogelijkheden. Hoop dat er snel een uodate komt.

    Hi. My Cube Ebike went in for service last week. Used it yesterday, and the Kiox 300 tells me to shift down all the time. How can I turn this feature off, it is most distracting. Thanks a lot.

      Hello russkent321, to disable the shift recommendation option - go to settings in your Kiox300 display - then find Shift recom. (this is option is between Time format and Trip summary), Shift recom. option should be Enabled. Then - Push select button to change it. Your Bosch eBike Team

    How can you connect a bluetooth heartrate monitor to Kiox300? Cant seem to find any kind of menu to pair a bluetooth accesory. Nothing on the FAQs or support site details any kind of relevant information regarding this for Kiox 300. Is there just no support for this?

      @@boschebikesystems thanks for the quick reply!! After updating the flow app and ebike, I see we are now able to get heart rate data from my apple watch and display it directly on the smartphone grip flow ride screen! Cool! The only problem is exporting the activity to strava or reviewing my trip from the flow app (statistics screen) does not record the heart rate data, even though it displayed it correctly during the ride! Did I miss anything? Thanks for the help!

      @@boschebikesystems Thanks for the reply! I got in touch with support and found out that currently, the HR connection to apple watch and flow app is for ride visualization ONLY and does not record HR or export it. What a bummer! Hopefully this is integrated better in the future.

    Ik kan mijn wielomtrek , 2312 van mijn 29 inch banden NIET ingeven in de Kiox 300 , die gaat maar tot 2205 ! Wat kan ik daaraan doen ?

    Hallo Bosch Freunde, Knox 300 ist super, jedoch kann ich mir die Route nicht anzeigen lassen, mein Händler meinte es ginge, es würden Pfeile gezeigt, geht nicht. Mein Rad ist 4 Wochen alt, kommt hierzu ein update ?? Das wäre absolut sinnvoll, eigentlich unersetzlich. Danke , auf ... immer Luft im Reifen 🦦

      The motor won’t work without the Kiox 300 unit which is your digital key. If you have the connect module installed at extra cost then the e-alarm and e tracker will be activated if the bike is stolen.

      I've owned this for a few days now and I'm still reading about it, haven't ridden yet. I definitely need to know about the module that you were talking about; where to purchase it and how to install it. I know you said it's an extra cost which is hardly an issue for me since my last e-bike was just stolen.

      Hi Andre, nicht ganz 😉 über die Flow App kannst du die Premium-Funktion Lock aktivieren, eBike Lock sperrt die Antriebseinheit jedes Mal digital, wenn du dein eBike ausschaltest. Einmal gesperrt, ist deine Drive Unit für jeden außer dir nutzlos. Bitte beachte, dass eBike Lock dein eBike nicht physisch sperrst. Du kannst in die Pedale treten, auch wenn eBike Lock aktiv ist. Es wird dringend empfohlen, auch ein physisches Schloss zu verwenden. Dein Bosch eBike Team

    Leider ist das neue Kiox 300 noch etwas entfernt ein Smartes System zu sein. Dinge wie Komoot müssen separat laufen. Routen kann man nicht exportieren und eine Navigation ist über das Display nicht vorgesehen. Nur gut das es Garmin gibt. Schade, dass Bosch hier nicht weiter denkt.
    Desweiteren, warum wird ein USB Anschluss integriert über den man das Smartphone nicht aufladen kann? Das Smartphone nimmt ja eine zentrale Rolle ein mit der App. Gerade unterwegs auf längeren Strecken muss man eine Powerbank mitnehmen. Die Produktdesigner sollten mehr auf die Belange der Kunden eingehen! Das könnte einen Marktvorteil bringen!!

      @@ScharfeMesser onlangs gereageerd naar Bosch. Deze gaf me te kennen dat er navigatie bij hun op de rol staat en binnen afzienbare tijd ook op het nieuwe systeem komt. Dus we zullen dit maar geloven. En tot die tijd doen we het maar met andere systemen.

    Yo lo que quisiera es que no me puerda la conexion continuamente. Y si la pierde que la recupere reconociendo el aviso. Ahora no lo hace, hay que parar, coger el movil y volver a conectar. Es una muy mala app

      When using the Flow App, please make sure the smartphone is not too far from the remote unit, and the settings battery saving mode is disabled and run the app in background is enabled
      In order to try to solve the issue, please perform the following test:
      1. Delete the connection to the eBike in the eBike Flow mobile application.
      2. Uninstall the eBike Flow mobile application.
      3. Delete the eBike from the list of connected Bluetooth devices in the Bluetooth settings of your cell phone.
      4. Update the operating system of your cell phone and deactivate the energy-saving function.
      5. Reinstall the eBike Flow mobile application
      6. Log in to the eBike Flow mobile application.
      7. Pair the cell phone with the display, hold the cell phone in close proximity to the LED Remote / System Controller.
      8. Take a test ride (make sure that the bike communicates with the cell phone via Bluetooth, the cell phone is connected to the internet and the eBike Flow application is running during the entire ride).
      9. Check whether the completed activity has been saved with all the necessary information in eBike Flow.
      10. If the issue persists, repeat the previous steps using another cell phone.
      If you still experience the disconnection issue, you can raise a ticket with our center directly from the Flow App.

    Sorry, aber ich find's ärgerlich, dass ihr den USB Anschluss weg-rationalisiert habt. Ich nutze das Handy bei langen Touren als Navi und die Stromzufuhr ist halt echt wichtig. Glückwunsch für die 2,50€ mehr Gewinn, die ihr jetzt macht. Wie mich diese konzern-artige "wir kriegen den Hals nicht voll"-Mentalität ankotzt.

    For all of us that, due to size limitations had to buy a size small emtb, which does not offer the 750wh battery and does not offer the new smart system, what are our options??
    We have the same Gen4 motor but Bosch decided to change the connectors in the motor ports, so it is not possible to retrofit the new LED remote to our bikes. I find this unbelievably unfair from Bosch, you are alienating a huge number of users that, like me, were imposed a limitation not by choice but by a manufacturer limitation.
    Bosch could and should offer a retrofit kit for all bikes that have the Gen4 motors, which are the same motors being used with the new smart system.

      Hello Luis Gonçalves, Gen4 Drive Unit belongs to System Generation 2 and unfortunately, neither the Drive Unit, nor any other component from System Generation 2 are compatible with any of the Smart System generation components and software, and vice versa. We are sorry for the way you feel about this topic, however, Bosch as every other company is moving forward and developing their systems. Smart system operates with a different software, connectors, etc. no matter that the hardware of the Drive Unit is almost the same as the Gen4 Drive Unit. Unfortunately, there is no 750wh battery for System Generation 2 and there is no plan to produce it. The only option is to have the strongest battery developed for System Generation 2.       @@boschebikesystems as far as my take on the bosch system goes, it was the LED remote and the design of the Kiox 300 display that turned me away. The Kiox 300 (case, shape) is small under (mount) and big on top (screen), this design makes the screen stick out regardless of where its mounted. It would be much preferable if it had a rectangle shape like most bicycle computers. Now it looks like a upsidedown Pyramid. I don't really need to say what's up with the LED remote, that one is pretty self-explanatory.
