I own the Cannondale Tesoro Carbon 2. I can't see any way to electronically connect the Kiox 500 display to the bike? On the Cannondale Tesoro Carbon 2, the controller, which they call the "mini remote" on the handlebar, takes a battery. Can you help?
I just get the Bosch module Connect and I am very happy with this GPS alarm systèm, but the only bad point and almost a joke is the power of the alarm sound; it will not afraid even a fly...
Yes, it is extremely easy! If you already have the Kiox 300 you can simply remove the 300 and place the 500 in the holder. That's it. We briefly cover this at the end of the video as well, at minute 9:45. Cheers - Michael
Hi Charlene, and thank you for your comment. I assume you have this Purion display installed: www.ebike24.com/2017-bosch-purion-e-bike-display-performance-line. In this case, the Kiox 500 or any other "Smart System" displays will not be compatible with your bike. The older Purion indicates that your bike is equipped with the "Bosch eBike System 2" software rather than the "Smart System." You could, however, upgrade to the original Kiox display (not the one featured in this video) or the Nyon display. Both will be compatible with your bike. You can find more suitable displays here: www.ebike24.com/bosch-performance-line-display?p=1&o=4&n=24&f=2. You may also visit the Bosch website to see which displays are compatible: www.bosch-ebike.com/en/service/productcombinations/bosch-ebike-system-2. I hope this helps! Cheers - Michael
Thank you for this ,..great details,..

Very helpful. Thank you. Does the phone holder have a USB socket for charging the phone?
Hello John, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, no, and neither does the Kiox 500.
Cheers, Luca
Thanks for a great video

Cheers. Thank you. I have ordered a kiox 500.
Can I retrofit the Bosch Purion (not the 200 version) to the KIOX 500? If not, what are my options for a smart display when I have the Bosch Purion?

This retrofit can be done from Purion to KIOX right?😅

It would be great if the new display has a power button and bluetooth so we could get rid off the bulky LED remote and use Bosch Mini remote instead.
I loved non smart Purion, was perfect 4me
