Women, I lost about 11 kgs by working out with Pam. I never thought I could lose this amount of weight in my wildest of imaginations, but here I am! A few months ago I had layers of tummy and now I have line abs! All of the credit goes to Pam and her stories. Watching her work out every day is inspiring and those poll questions of whether you are gonna work out today are the reason I do it even if I don’t feel like. All I wanna say is, DO. NOT. QUIT. I couldn’t do it at first when it appeared in the enjoy cardio video but now I can. I did a modification of two shoulder taps and then a plank jacks as fast as I could and then after a few times it just clicked.
Okay to all those who did this workout even if you took some little pauses, I just wanted to congratulate you because you're a strong and beautiful human being. Ps :everyone drink enough water k !❤

I saw on youtube lots and lots of pros and cons about Pam workouts but this is my experience: I started doing Pam workouts on 26th of June and now I am stronger than ever ❤❤ I can do that Jack knife+starfish (terrible exercises 🥲) so easy now and those ab lines are coming. People, keep going! Even if you don't get results, remeber everytime that you are getting stronger with each mountain climber! Ly Pam, you're smile and your vibe mades me get out of the bed everyday! 🥰🥰🥰
3:18 - Pam did that thing that I do after the mountain climbers; I go into a pike for like a second then I do plank. I only do that because of the pain I be feeling after the climbers
I did it too, everytime when I did an high intensity exercise in the plank position before, because a plank is definitely harder after this type of exercise 😅
I have been training with Pam since April 2020. Never once took a break from the plans. Now sadly life got messed up and I wasn’t able to train in the past few weeks … I also won’t be able to do it for a while. And I watch at all the video she posts and I MISS it so much, I feel so empty without the workouts😂 I feel like sometimes it was the only thing making me happy. I can’t wait to be able to train again, I am just afraid of losing my resistence 😭😭 I used to do 45 min sweat plan and feel like I could do more and now I’m scared I won’t even be able to do the 30 min plan 😬😭 whoever read this far thank you and I hope everyone has a great day 🥺
I had to pause as well for two weeks and the first workouts after the break were hard but after a few sessions I got my strength back. So don’t worry. Although it’s gonna be hard at first you’ll rebuild your muscles pretty fast :) good luck with everything
Hey hope you´ll read this!First of all I´m sorry for you but you don´t have to be scared. Your body will remember really fast after making this pause. Really it´s easy to rebuild if you already were trained. And I´m sorry, I know this feeling, Pams videos just make me happy. But maybe you can do some of the stretch vids and focus on what you eat. This also gives me so much energy and satisfaction. Hope you get better soon.

what i really really love about your videos is that they are so hard in the beginning but get so much easier over time! for example, i thought that the 10min HIIT was one of your hardest videos at first but as you said, it got really chill in the meantime, so i’m happy to get a new killer routine, Pam! ❤️
Well I can’t say the same thing about myself… I’ve tried the 10 min hiit that starts with Jason derulos song (let me take u dancing) soooo many times. Still I take many breaks and struggle in breathing. And this video is the same as that 10 min hiit video. I still struggle the same😓😭
For me this one is harder than the 10 min hiit, bc the old vid had lots of planks and dolphin holds where as this one has a really annoying amount of burpees 🤡😔
Love these 10 min workouts as a workout finisher but would realllyyy love a longer Cardio HIIT workout with or without dumbbells. Like a 30-min intense one

omg i nailed the jumping jacks for the first time without breaks. I used to always be able just to do 5 or smth and now I did it for the first time 😱. Week 34 day 1...so glad we had choices today. I did this workout since its a little more challenging than Best Of and I did the aerobics video because I refused to do the 15 min high intensity workout haha
honestly, this is one of the best workouts I've encountered for myself! I really appreciate the fact that there's no breaks in between, because whenever there is, I just feel like I'm exercising from break to break and not focusing on the work itself... I was excited to try something new for myself and I am really glad that I found this channel!

I've been working out with Pam now for 1.5 years. I think I've done this video at least a dozen time and out of all Pam's videos this is the absolute toughest by far. She kicks my butt over and over again, but somehow I still love it!

I won't to gain muscles.... I I have gained too.. Before I started workout my weight was 40 but now it's 49... And now I look more better 😌.. I am in love with Pam workouts ❤️❤️
i used to workout so much but have barely worked out since summer and this is so hard!!! i remember i could do some of these exercises so easily. I’m starting again because i want my muscles toned back up again cause i’ve been hating my body lately:(

For all the people who are concerned about their body nd want to change it... I'm gonna give you guys my results after doing Pamela's workout. Since I'm doing her workouts from mid 2020, my body at that time was Height =5.6 ft Chest= 37 Waist= 31 Hip= 38 And i was very much disapppointed wth my body at that time.. Then i started doing Pamela's workouts in regular basis although i was dieting tooo.. Nd my body now is Chest= 35 Waist=26 Hip= 38 Nd my abs are showing too🤩 Nd I'm more confident about myself. So don't give up👍 You'll be successful too😘

Pamela i have lost 9 pounds in 4.5 months thanks in part to your videos and of course some dietary changes. Did this workout today after R.I.P. abs and another HIIT. I was literally crying during the last 5 minutes of the video, because I just couldn't take it any more, but still tried to finish it! I've never cried during a workout before 😅😅 that's brutal! Hopefully one day I will become a cardio master and start loving burpees and mountain climbers😂😂

I've been working out with Pam now for 1.5 years. I think I've done this video at least a dozen time and out of all Pam's videos this is the absolute toughest by far. She kicks my butt over and over again, but somehow I still love it!
Almost two years and this is still one of the hardest and most killing HIIT workouts! Sweating like waterfall and feeling like a medusa after doing it but still love it every time! ❤

I'm gonna give you guys my results after doing Pamela's workout. Since I'm doing her workouts from mid 2020, my body at that time was
Height =5.6 ft
Chest= 37
Waist= 31
Hip= 38
And i was very much disapppointed wth my body at that time..
Then i started doing Pamela's workouts in regular basis although i was dieting tooo..
Nd my body now is
Chest= 35
Waist=26
Hip= 38
Nd my abs are showing too🤩
Nd I'm more confident about myself.
So don't give up👍 You'll be successful too😘

This was BRUTAL on the legs! Mine felt like jelly about 2/3 of the way through.
This was not a basic hiit! I struggled with some of the exercises. Her other hiit workout is so much easier sheesh 🥵🥵

Today i can only do the workout late at night, so im a little worried. I am not really a Cardio/HIIT kind of person, i love to do all abs, slow strength, get strong, workout with weights, but i won't skip today. 😉😆

Pamela i have lost 9 pounds in 4.5 months thanks in part to your videos and of course some dietary changes. I honestly didn't think i could lose the weight while nursing my baby but this has been like a miracle thank you so much i love feeling like a hot mama wish me luck on the next 10 pounds to my weight goal 😊

Did this workout today after R.I.P. abs and another HIIT. I was literally crying during the last 5 minutes of the video, because I just couldn't take it any more, but still tried to finish it! I've never cried during a workout before 😅😅 that's brutal! Hopefully one day I will become a cardio master and start loving burpees and mountain climbers😂😂
