Seeing if this is worth over the cheaper old S3. Not compensate, thats only if your gonna sell for profit, just "worth it", if its a valuable purchase. It annoies me when people say "compensate", that doesnt exist, except when ur making profit.

i got those and i had old logitechs before but i broke those Ops lol, but this soungblaster have not enough bass imo i want to really feel a grenade blow up when i play or feel the bass in a song, but they are great budget friendly speakers so they deliver really good otherwise.

Logitech usually includes a bass control on their remotes...and their quality is almost always better than Creative's devices in my experience. But there is no denying this is a cool device, it sounds great. I do believe I've seen this on Massdrop for a slightly lower price, so do look there as well if it drops again.

get a better microphone that picks up the depth in the sub bass, so the review becomes better. and not like an earrape bom blasting destroying peoples headphones or speaker etc
dont buy this if you sit close to your speakers. when not playing the satellites make a faint hissing noise/white noise. drives me nuts. tried without any sound input and different power outlets it's the same
that comes from inference on your mother board, you need a DAC if you want to get rid of it
