Amen to this! I literally found your channel by looking up “ how to get out of depression, anxiety and building myself back up …etc” i have been drowning this year . I came from having my own business and working a full time job. Due to COVID my business hasn’t lifted back up as I wanted to and I lost my job in 2022 due to discrimination. The past year i lost myself and what I believe in I lost my func and have no clue what I’m suppose to do . And your videos are lifting me the heck up! I appreciate you sharing this information w us cause you truly don’t have to. But i want to thank you because now I feel like all of this for a reason and idk what there is to come but I’m thankful for your videos and hoping to see more of you . Wanting to see more updates and manifesting videos. Thank you sis!!!
