That's a good question - it's a common problem! Since I'm not a professional and don't have a clear answer for this though (everything in this video came from resources I've consumed), I'll recommend two things:
      - Check out Evita PK's videos on limerence since she specializes in this topic (ua-cam.com/video/_Yj1195X-kQ/v-deo.html)
      - Living with Limerece - a very short booklet you can use as a guide for dealing with limerence. The author does talk about this issue and strategies for people who're already in relationships at many points if I remember right.
I do also remember an instance of Evita talking about her client's experience with this. She used limerence as a way of avoiding a big problem in her life - once she focused her attention on that problem instead of just daydreaming about her limerent object, she successfully came out of it.
I've had limerence all my life, so I really hope you get to the bottom of this ASAP!!

What if... the girl i started talking four weeks ago has recently told me that its better to go no contact for a while right after i told her that i need more attention from her and less hot and cold treatment? For context, she literaly got out of a really bad relationship in may, and in june she had something weird going on with another girl but she got friendzoned and weird shi. So, my opinion is that she might wanna keep getting to know me in some time cause right now i feel like she needs to live a little

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Hmm...
Well, most importantly, you should obviously respect her decision.
If she's just gotten out of a relationship, it doesn't matter how interested she is, you most likely need to give her the time and space she needs - which, I assume, will be a lot of it.
I think that you should focus on other things, and let her come back naturally.
But you already you know what to do, it seems like!

It's usually the fear of not finding the love that a child so needs and probably never got.
