I have seen Part 1 & 2 about confidence and self-esteem, and I'm 33 yrs old and still taking one day at a time. Because when I started in my 30s, I did not know what to do in life and it feels like I have the world on my shoulders. Having a mindset is the most important for me and makes me more sucessful in the present. Thank you for Part 2.❤❤
I know my confidence started to rise when I step wearing royal blue,white,and yellow became my favorite color as of this year!
I'm a PLAIN JANE&I'm ok with that!Some may say that I dress boogie,my outfits&purses aren't name brand,but they can't deny my beautiful skin,smile,confident walk,and beautiful pear/hourglass shape dressed modestly in long-sleeved long dresses&skirts,nope nobody can deny.If a person doesn't like my style,it's best to simply stay away!😀

I have a hard time with men trying to lower my confidence with their actions or how they talk to me when we date. Going in I feel beautiful and I have my confidence and feeling of how I want to be treated and I show them what I expect and they try to do things and even verbally tell me I need to lower my standards and it’s all in my head for me to desire just normal behavior and they also put a lot of pressure on me and will throw a fit if I miss a phone call from them but they do the bare minimum and when I ask for something better they lie say they’ll do better or brush it off as if I said nothing
I loved part 1 and part 2 was just as worth the watch! Also, when you spoke about having a gap, I was so hype because I love mine so much 🙌🏾

When I started my channel, same thing. The makeup!!!
I got over it. And in my industry, most people are natural with no makeup. ( soap maker). My channel has me at whatever I am that day.

Also, changing the controllables. Either change it or stop complaining. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 It's like, that is but isn't tough love. Very necessary and extremely on point! Like why keep bullying ourselves, stressing, crying, etc? Change it or embrace it FULLY.
*Oop, I almost forgot the point about being the one to start saying the things we wanted to hear from others. I remembered that this morning & have been so hype to really pour that into me rather than imagining someone else saying it.

im a sphmore in high school and ive been going through my wrost insecurity rut in my life and it just sucks i just feels so ugly compared to all these girls like the way the way i picture myself is so morphed to probably how i real look but i just cant see it
Start finding beauty in more women who look like you! Your skin complexion, your body type, etc. try using a Pinterest board. Sometimes you need to TELL your mind what is beautiful. Then you’ll believe it ❤️
