Every single point you hit on in this video is literally my thought process and the realization of a lot of things in my life. I’m grateful for your channel 🥹 I really need your content in this season of my life. I lost myself somewhere along the way to here and I’m trying myself, I find myself relating to a lot of the things you say and I’m grateful that the Lord brought me here ❤️ I really didn’t see the point in taking care of myself and my environment (not that I don’t but like I never really put effort in it and never saw the importance of doing so) now I understand that those things have a huge impact on how I feel and that trickles down to everything in my life.
