Lidiaaaa your workouts are the best!!! I have been doing them for roughly 6 months, the thing I love about them is that they are not extremely difficult: doable and yet, challenging enough. They make me feel amazing and energized while I am exercising and afterwards. I used to do slim thighs workout because I hated my legs. Your videos helped me shift my perspective: now I workout because I love my body, plus your slim thighs workouts are soooooo fun I genuinely do them just because of that, not for the physical result. Thanks Lidia❤️ By the way I would love another workout with weights!!
@@tsukikin I was coming back to my old weight and in over 6 months but also I used a diet, a lot of water, movement and elliptical trainer almost every day, I do pilates 6 days in a week sometimes 5, it depends about the day

y’all if you wanna loose weight try this🤍💪🏻 ~fasting in between meals ~drinking alotttt of water ~try to get at least 10000 steps a day ~eat healthy meals with protein ~try to avoid to much sugar ~try to workout each day Have a blessed day!! ilyyy💗
@@sampratigupta5299 usually you will not see results unless you diet as well so make sure to eat healthy (don't restrict, eat balanced meals)!! and make sure to be patient because results can take from as little as a couple weeks to months!! just be consistent
@angiesmtz , yupp I agree with you that's why I didn't gave up, I'm still doing this workout and yeah I can see changes. As for the diet, I dont follow an 'actual' diet but I eat a nutritious meal every day and seldomly fast food. It's really kind of you to give your suggestions 💖

Hi, Lidia ! I really love your workouts and they really help me. But I would love for you to create a workout like full body, but without exercises for abs, booty, and legs. I would prefer exercises that target the whole body at once. If you could create a workout in this style, I would be very grateful!
That's what I'm saying. Her workouts are good but I usually do full body workouts and her full body ones are always lower with a touch of upper body so I end up doing another workout. It will be nice to actually see a real full body workout

@@aistonezija i'm 169 cm and I eated every day 1600 kcal, and did 7 km every. single. day:) (over 10k steps) but lidia's workout made my body really toned:) so not just the workout helped, but it made me toned and slim:)) And I lost 4 kg in 4 month! I'm not lying I promise!
