My favorite way to celebrate Mother’s Day is at one of my kids homes with everyone together usually at my daughters. They all bring something for the meal whether for brunch or dinner. This quiche will be perfect for the next one. Thank you.
I made the quiche last night, and it came out great! I would use a little less salt next time, though. The only vessel I had that was the right size was a ceramic soufflé dish; the sides were taller than the crust of the quiche, so I wasn't able to remove the quiche whole but had to cut slices and lift them out. Guess I'll have to shop for a proper pan, especially because a soufflé dish is an awful lot of weight to put in an AF.
Hi Carol! I'm so glad you recreated this at home! Thank you for watching our videos~ If you don't want to invest in another baking dish, you can always use a disposable aluminum cake pan from the store! This way it saves some space in the kitchen :D (and also if lifting the quiche out of the pan is just NOT happening, you can take a pair of scissors and cut the pan off the quiche.) Definitely the less weight in the air fryer the better! Not just for the machine but for your safety as well~ Happy cooking! -Chef Mia
@@CookingwithCosori It occurred to me after I posted that comment that I can make that quiche in a pie plate (which is how I usually make quiches) and use my AFO, which can accommodate a pie plate.

When this video says bake for 20 mins, does that mean using the airfryer 'Bake' function or 'Airfry' function?
They NEVER specify which function they’re using. I assume (😮) it’s on airfyer.
You could use a springform pan, right?
Hi Carol! You definitely can as long as it's small enough to fit into the air fryer basket!
Happy cooking! -Chef Mia
Ive heard you should NEVER use aerosol cooking sprays in a n air fryer
Hello, this is an older video of ours. We have changed our recipes and no longer use aerosol cooking sprays we use pure oil sprays now.
