As a person who was a flexer in WOW, he's feeling pretty empty im sure. We don't have that "this guy" factor anymore. I feel for him even though my love for WOW died years ago.
I dunno, it's one thing to say that's your intent, but it's another to actually DO it. Truth be told FFXIV is going to take a backseat (we know this) when Lost Ark, NW, Ashes, Elden ring etc releases and so I assume his plan is to complete as much content as possible (probably try to finish shadowbringers) prior to endwalker releasing, but something tells me he'll be done at that point. I really hope not, but remember, his original plan was solely to finish the story.
FF14 community is hilarious to me. I hadn't played in like a year and came back and decided to start over and I started as a viera yesterday and the first thing that happens is some other viera player saw me as soon as I came out of the tutorial and immediately traded me 2 pieces of clothing for the sole purpose of expanding my outfits. I don't even know the person. Thanks whoever you are on (world) Jenova lol.
Hell yeah had something similar where I was just walking through vesper Bay and some vet traded me a mount and a full set for my chocobo. Never had that happen to me in any other game.
She is smart if she is tailoring her videos to appeal to the WoW refugees. Brings in a bigger audience and you know Asmon is going to watch it so she gets that audience as well.
I think he was talking shit about FF so that people would give up on trying to convince him to play or just not giving them hope that he might be interested in the game
@@RabbitConfirmed lmfao u are so maddddddd XD idk whyyyyy asmon dont care about anything his just having fun finally and u talk shit about his wow ''community'' instead of make him the time on ff14 more happyer or fun but u just wanna be a fool....... the shit star by ourselves.
yeah, idk, i never enjoyed late game wow, i litraly did every quest doh, no raids what so ever, so I'm not really the "wow" above all, type of person, and I quit after cataclysm since the quest zones weren't interesting anymore. however, I do not understand how to enjoy FF, like legit, I would love to love it, to have a mmo to play as I got more time now then before, but it feels so hard to be cool when there are just so many uncool caracthers, like there ofc are some awsome and very cool and badass looking mogs, but then some just either naked or plainly unserius, (unserius meaning someone who plays the game for other reasons then making a cool looking mog, like playing for story or just simply thinking that other stuff looks nice ;and cool. I'm very biased ofc, as we all are.) but it was defniftivly easier to feel cool in Wow, with the genrel estetic of armour people chose. (my opinion, that should be a given)
Before doing Palace of the Dead Asmon needs to do Tam Tara Deepcroft (Hard) for full immersion value if he hasn't already. It's not the most challenging dungeon but you get SPECTACULAR horror lore that ties into PotD. Quest to open it up is available at the main entrance to Ul'dah IIRC, in the dungeon it's crucial to find and read all torn folio notes for best experience.
@@3xceIIent Yeah I'm living the youtube crowd life lmao. Honestly I know he's doing trials, MSQ dungeons, and raids--I just dunno if he's also doing the little [!+] quests consistently to unlock all the dungeons? There are a lot of those floating around and he wants to beat an ultimate on a timeline so if he didn't unlock every single ARR dungeon/trial (ex. Hildabrand stuff) I wouldn't blame him. Idk if he did Amdapor Keep or City, or the Wanderer's Palace bits. From the videos I've watched I haven't seen those mentioned yet so currently I'm assuming not? I figure his reaction to Tam Tara Hard is likely to be fun to see though because it kind of goes "hey sometimes FFXIV is horror" haha. It seems like something editors would highlight so I've been figuring he likely hasn't hit it yet.
I hope chat bugs him to do Tam Tara HM before progressing in PotD. He's definitely skipped a number of optional things, like he hadn't done Cutter's Cry until way later.
TTD HM and literally all of the Edda shit is my favorite stuff in the game, bar none. Nothing can beat my first experience doing that duty at level non-synced, the storytelling and gameplay so seamlessly woven together and amazingly executed. The horror so visceral. I unfortunately never finished POTD or the entirety of the Edda quests to finish out the story, encountering her in POTD was SO cool though. (spoilers) I know she is redeemed, more or less. she was a puppet as so many baddies are and truly a victim top to bottom. While I'm never wild about the puppet thing, preferring a character's actions to 100% be their own, and their redemption to be a result of their own growth rather than some other entity being exposed and vanquished.. she is also a doomed character. she is dead and her life isn't restored just her soul is sort of.. freed from that insanity. It still ends up being a great ending. I hope I can actually do that shit in game at some point! but yeah, this is the story I pitch to new players the most when I talk to them, as it's something you get a lot of in MSQ but you do need to seek out more of it. It's so freaking good it gives me chills just thinking about it. the cutscenes at the end of HM and when you turn in the quest after freeing Paiyo Reiyo.. burned into my mind.
I love that the FF14 version of Torghast is just this thing you can do if you want, or not. If you do it and do it extremely well and challenge yourself, you get on leaderboards and get enormous prestige. It isn't tied to the story or even generally playing the game. WoW these days would never do this.
I realize this game is legit since it let players play the game the way they want and make them want to spend time for grinding, farming,... very interested content.
@@whitesonicex I think it would be a lot better if torghast was mandatory ONLY FOR some transmog and optional for the legendary. So at least you can have choices for legendary grinds which is the more gameplay related of the two.
Since starting ff14 this past month, what has really been a breath fo fresh air is that these long ass grinds this game has, I am getting badass cosmetics at the end of them. While player power is a very easy to see, easy to follow linear path.
One of the best thing you can do; found your own FC, get a FC house where you and other people can actually make personal rooms, and build the workshop. Then build + rank up the submersibles until you can send them on salvages runs (takes a few months to get them there, maybe 3-4) which can bring you things to vendor to NPCs. 4 subs can bring back items worth several hundred thousand gil up to over a million every 1.5 days. That's extra gil for little effort (after the initial work of building/ranking up) and you also have a house with as many Miqo'te maids as you want (whereas with a personal house, you get no workshop, no subs, no personal room and the possibility for only 4 tenants to help you decorate it)
@@hana-qs3xj Salvage runs are just hitting the zones that have a chance to give salvage; Deep-sea Site 4, Unidentified Derelict, Wreckage of Discovery, Concealed Bay and Wreckage of Headway.
The Necromancer is THE biggest flex, period. If you get your hands on that, it means you really know your shit in and out, and are willing to push through anything.
Definetely agree. It requires so much knowledge of the job, the layout of each floor, efficient use of pomanders. Shit is legit the most hardcore content in FFXIV.
I'm working on that atm and while there's always a bit of progress, it still gets so frustrating every now and then. Especially when ppl say they cleared after 7 attempts or so.
I own Astrope mount, took me about a year to get it. Regarding hostility, only 3 out of 2000+ parties were hostile. Pretty decent ratio if you ask me. But.. 30% of those runs made me wanna commit .. things lol. As long as everyone understand your language, its good. One thing i always left was MSQ, cause 1) i dont wanna spend 40min in there, 2) i dont need xp, 3) someone else might be waiting for queue and needs xp
I always thought mentor roulette is for mentor to help people who actually need help (i am 1196 mentor roulette completed), I always left MSQ because nobody should need help to watch cutscenes, plus its a giant waste of time for me.
How bad was doing Extreme Trials on Mentor Roulette, really? Doing Fiend Ex was still a pain unsynced even during early SB for a party that didn't know what they were doing.
@@ralpbeez8414 It's mostly ARR extremes, or Great Hunt Ex. HW and SB extremes are more rare in general because at those points more people understand that using duty finder to do extremes is generally somewhat rude (because often, frustrated mentors will vent and tell people extremes are for premades or unsynched) or simply not worth the queue time and then disappointment of a group falling apart. Apart from that, it depends. Most often people are very willing to learn, but there are runs where no amount of explaining will help a player who simply wants to ignore vital tactics, and you simply cannot begin to complete that duty. The latter runs often disband.
@@ElijahLotusShield Contrary to what most people believe, Mentor roulette is not for 'helping players who need help'. It is 'sitting reserve for a full random (non-pvp) roulette that involves all roulette content and old Extremes'. You're not getting a hand-picked group with someone who struggles or is new to the run. You are a max-level space filler who gets shoved into the group that has been waiting the longest for your role to be filled up. I've seen more than my share of mentor roulette runs that involved no issues, no player new to the duty. It was just a regular roulette run that needed a player with my role to fill that slot before it could begin.
@@Eppon6 yeah after doing it over a thousand times, i definitely understand that, however, i am still following the rules i have created in my own mind, not the rule the system created.

@@whasian1487 exactly. And knowing that Asmon watching would mean basically ALL of asmon's viewers watching, it'd be foolish to not take this opportunity.
Just want to clarify for everyone who wants PVP mounts like me. The reason it only takes 30 to 50 hours for seasoned players to get through the content is because no one does the content at the moment. I believe with the way the game is changed because of new players it's going to be harder to get but I'm going to try anyway
24:15 fun fact, this system was designed to make you play less. A lot of people invested unhealthy hours of playing in those game and the fatigue (or idk how it's called in wow) was supposed to prevent that. For wow i think, the backclash was so hard that they changed it : you earned an xp bonus that scalled while offline, so the player was rewarded for not playing.
Exactly. In fact, the Wow system is exactly the same! You have a fast XP rate and a slow XP rate, and by not playing you accumulate more "time" in the fast XP rate. But whether you call the fast XP rate "rested" and the slow XP rate "normal" or the fast XP rate "normal" and the slow XP rate "fatigued" is fundamentally the same. Except... players like bonuses and hate maluses. People are cool with "first clear per week gives you triple the reward", and much less cool with "The first clear per week gets you X reward, every subsequent clear gives you a third".

I love seeing asmon go nuts over the sets, thats one thing FF14 really has going for it, just look at how fucking intricate and unique the sets are. WoW is just like painted on textures for body armor now.. even plate. With some like shoulders and gloves/boots that pop. So lame
Asmon has never bought a store mount in his life. People in WoW used to buy store shit he complained about just to annoy him. So this mount has a much higher chance of becoming popular if he starts regularly hating on it. :D
When I watched this video yesterday as Zepla vid showed up on my feed, I though for a moment to self, this was aimed at Asmongold. That was the very first thing that came to mind other than anyone else Flexing on those achievements.
I think it's good that people try to keep him Ff14 because it's such a great game and he attracts more people to it which is also good for the game. It's a win win for sure
lol she's mentioned watching him in the wow days, as a fan of both the game/asmon definitely makes sense she'd.. direct at least some of her content to shit that he'd watch + would make the game more popular
Asmon has stated on an almost daily basis that he is against cash shop mounts. He hasnt bought them on his WoW account, he doesnt allow them in his mount-offs. He doesnt even activate the free ones that come with his WoW subscription.
When I think about crazy S rank spawns, I can't help but think of the Coerthas Central Highland one where you'd just see a multitude of people basically suicide jumping into the ravine Northeast of Camp Dragonhead.
Correction; They never removed Fatigued EXP from WoW. They just renamed "normal" EXP gain as "Rested" and the Fatigued EXP gain as "Normal". And that pleased the testers enough that they just kept it that way. So if you don't have rested EXP in WoW, you've got Beta WoW's Fatigued EXP.
@@temjinAMG Oh, FF11, not 14. 14's the second FF MMO. 11 came out in 2003 or 2002. Anyway Absolute Virtue is absolutely fascinating. He WAS beatable, technically. Just... no one was able to for years lol. One of the reasons was he had every job's "ultimate ability." He could cast a meteor that would kill nearly everyone, charm everyone, heal himself to full. Yes, seriously, he could heal himself to full. Anytime he wanted. There's a 500+ page thread on an old FF11 forum of people theorizing how to beat this boss. He was very complex and had so many nuances. The intended way to beat him took 3-4 years to be figured out.
@@ZackstaDaxta I have to wonder how the developers felt, watching all this take place over that amount of time. They must've been incredibly proud in their work, or incredibly disappointed in their player base.
To be fair things are at least 70% easier for popular streamers. "Oh, look, a perfect static to run all of this savage and ultimate content with." It's very difficult to find and prove yourself into a good static. That's most of the battle. They will fall from the sky for asmon.
The difficulty of getting the farmable mounts is relative. Pugging is how most people farm and that means dealing with a revolving door of players. There is a reason they added the 99 token turn in for them. What is important is the timestamp on the achievement for getting the mount. If the guy farmed the mecha-dragon during Shadowbringers, that means he did it all synced and with the lowest possible drop chance. That is still a flex item years later due to that timestamp.
On the Legacy character part, it is neat to see them still in the game to this day! My fiance's character is a legacy character. He's got the tattoo on the back of his neck, the goobue as well as the chocobo. It's fun to hear the stories about 1.0 and I honestly wish I could have experienced the original game, despite how bad it was! With those gil sinks, a lot of us in my FC speculated that it was Square's way to root out gil buyers! lol
That's the millennial generation -- their physical life is so devoid of any meaning that they play a virtual one disrespecting their time for a sense of pride and accomplishment. /s
When ARR was close to launching. Their were tons of threads of people just hating on legacy players. Due to the legacy benefits. And keeping our job levels. It was ridiculous. But it eventually burned out.
Side note: The Red Baron was my first purchase from the Mogstation. I hadn't even gotten the black one from the MSQ yet at the time. It's still on my hotbar(s).
@23:15 "Herald of the Titans" Now that takes me back! I did that long after Wrath (started during ICC after all) but that was some good stuff. Reserved a spot with a group months in advance, farmed up as optimally as I could, gems, enchants, etc. And THEN I had to go on an alt I had prepared because I impromptu filled into a different earlier run on the other faction, because I also took the time to do all of that a 2nd time on the other faction, just in case.
There's special potions you can buy in deep dungeons that'll heal you over time. It's a very powerful potion and is the only thing that makes it possible for any job to get deep into the deep dungeons. Why? Some jobs are borderline incapable of healing themselves. Most notably of all, the Summoner and Black Mage, followed by any ranger. Also, mimics naturally do high damage. They're run killers.
Legends are a dime a dozen. I can't walk past a city without seeing at least one legend or ultimate weapon and I see them failing normal mode mechanics in my roulettes all the time. I don't think anyone is really wowed by paypal legends in 2021. Now a Necromancer? Or a Saint of the Firmament? Or even a High Roller? I /kneel every time. I was guided to my first floor 200 clear by a Necromancer. I just in there for relic memories, he was doing it for fun. And he cleared on multiple jobs and he played the game for hundreds of hours and he was STILL A SPROUT. Necromancers are the ultimate god gamers of FFXIV.
I`m still a bit salty that i won`t get a second chance to get the Saint-title since the Firmament is finished and I got pushed out at the last turn in to #14. But those 60 hours of fishing where truely a different experience.
Yeah, by this point in the game, I see so many legend titles and weapons so frequently (literally daily) that it's totally lost its "wow" aura and just become kind of gaudy, sadly.
@@zirilan3398 Once read a guy saying that half of the Saint titles were probably given to bots/unlegit farmers. Seems a jealous claim at first... but it only takes thinking about the MB situation for a few seconds to see how it can be absolutely true. :/ I was low level when part 4 started, only got the Top 100 title by a lucky burst of interested not for the ranking, but for the sheep mount of all things.^^ Thus, I would've never been able to Top 10 those, but it still grieves me a bit to think that a few dozen people probably were cheated out of it.
Yes shame on paypal legends but i can assure you saint of the firmament is nothing more than a time sink that doesn't require any sort of skills, clearing ultimates , requires you to make groups, make strats , know your jobs, be consistent, they only really lose to necromancer just due to the sheer amount of dedication required to get that title, but getting a legit legend title is a nice achievement if you don't end up getting carried through it
Moogle server here... One guy owns dozens of plots where we are. Sometimes, 3/4 of a ward is on their name. The housing situation isn't simply cut-throat, it's actually broken to no end.
I remember when ARR was a few months old (I played when it was released) only a handful (like less than 10 ppl that I noticed in my server) had the best gear and weapons possible. And I remember when they would walk around, players would follow them gawking lol…I was one of them as well. I love that Asmon Bald is serious about the game!
i thought people just think asmon cant clear any ultimate before endwalker. i knew for a fact he would hunt ultiamte weapons once he can because he is a high tier raider in wow so of course hes attracted to the high tier raid content

29:23 actually Asmon I got my 25 million mount from farming GC seals, buying glass fiber and making 1k of tempered glass which on the last major patch everyone brought for 20k each because you needed 21 of it to make the new housing exterior at the time, I made the money for the new 25 million mount within 3 days.
18:30 THIS is exactly why the mentor system is bad. Most mentors have zero interest in actually teaching others and are only mentors to earn the mount. This is why "mentors" are generally looked down on as they are usually just try-hards who have done everything and just want 1 more mount in their collection. It's a shame as the true teachers who want nothing other than to show others how to improve get shit on just like the mount hoarders.
I became a mentor for the mount, and I did my 2000 runs, but I also helped teach the content I was thrown in. I realize in not most mentors and I have seen some shitty ones. For me it was just as frequent to deal with sprouts that won't listen to guidance... Like at all. And it was just mind boggling at times when you get new players that refuse to listen to someone who's farmed EX fights at current. I've been bitched at for not explaining fights right away and for explaining mechanics before we start. All in all be patient with mentors as mentors should be for new players. If you get a bad one, call it out. If you have a good one, then don't treat em like shit. And for people who think mentors shouldnt receive a reward for 2000 runs....please. Thats my little rant. Not aimed at you or anything just a general vent.
while true, most people generally don’t care for unsolicited advice and/or get hostile the people that put on the mentor crown with the intent to actually help others learn pretty fast that the crown has no value
I joined a casual guild. Yet everyone in there is insane. Guild Master has the mentor mount. Took her 5 years and she had to take a lot of breaks. Other members farmed the rare mob mounts and are telling me it was not a big deal they just organized a discord for it and grinded half a year. Even though the game is seemingly casual people are just INSANE. i love it!
I remember seeing an undead rogue at orgrimmar with both warglaives during bc and I was like holy fucking shit dude. Can't think of seeing anything more impressive than that
She didnt even mention the Saint Of The Firmament title, Where there is only about 100 people per data center with this title. You had to get top 12 in skyward scores during the ranking season of the Firmament. This title is one of the rarest because you cannot obtain it anymore at all. Getting top 12 was hard as I have this title. I had to grind for 16-20hrs a day just to out beat bots.
She said she wasn't gonna talk about the ones you're can't get anymore while presenting the pvp armor And some people seem to have gotten this tittle way more easily than others Wasn't the tip to go carpenter? Anyways a guy in my fc got it unintentionally while farming tickets at the right time
I can definitely vouch for that, I have a personal friend who was in the top 10 for midgarsomr each time the board reset. The amount of hell he went through was crazy and you could just hear how dead inside he was after some days trying to keep that ranking up and away from bots.
I got the Necromancer title on a tank. Very rng-heavy as always and the floor 180 boss requires some good planning when it comes to your self-healing, burst and your invuln, but absolutely doable if you don't want to go on MCH/RDM. The last set, 191-200, has no boss at all but is by far the most stressful one when it comes to time depending on your resource-management and overall luck up to that point, but these mobs feel like mini-bosses when solo. Most likely an amazing time to do this now if you also happen to work on the Bozja Relic, I recommend people to give it a try
As part of my solo log I definitely want to work towards the necromancer on warrior. Especially after seeing how difficult it can be. I knew it was hard to do but the time investment, chance of losing it all in the blink of an eye is crazy. Makes me really keen to give it a go

i should let you know that there is a strict requirement for the housing system that requires the owner, or any tenant/co-owner to have to log in at least once in (45 days?) to reset the house eviction (and i dont mean log in for 1 minute and log off, you have to make sure the server recognizes your activity). the consequence of neglecting this is your eviction, the house will be demolished and all furniture (that isnt a unique rare quest furniture) will be stored temporarily by an npc in the middle of the housing district for you to recover. this issue may be harsh but its kind of necessary to counter people who buy all the plots only to sell them in the grey market to other players, however it should be said that if the house is set to be the guild hall then as long as any free company member logs in the house is perfectly safe.
What are with all these doubters in chat, literally Asmon has proven everyone who doubted him wrong, you either get on board or he lives rent-free in your head. Or perhaps don’t watch? Lol 🤣 I’ve been enjoying tons of content from many different people

I was in an old crafting guild, with the Guild Leader playing since ARR launch without break. From her I learned that the maximum GIL you can have in your inventory is 999.999.999 GIL. But it's not a problem, because each of your Retainers can also hold this amount, as can your Guild Vault. However, if your Retainer is maxed out and sells an item, that GIL from the item sell will be lost :D She maxed out the max GIL 3 times :D Her favourite title "Honest Gillionaire" only played a small part in it. Most of it was always being on top of the crafting game and selling the newest items right when the patch came live, or shortly after.
I don't think Asmon ever references modern WoW. It's always "back in the day" or "back in Wrath" or "back in TBC." Just shows the state of the game currently.
@9:30 Lag killed my PotD solo aspirations. ANY small lag hiccup, because it's a solo instance, will vacate the instance and kill your run. Had my first 2 genuine attempts killed a few hours in and I'm like "Nope. I'm not going to do 9hr+ attempts where I have to gamble every single second to not have a run killed by a lag hiccup beyond my control." They need to simply rid the achievement of the "in one attempt" condition. Until then, it's too much at the mercy of RNG.
The 50M gil mount isn't that hard to do legitimate. At max level you can easily get 1 Mil a week, and if you push it 2 Mil. It requires you to have leveled your crafting jobs, but I did that just to be able to repair my gear wherever I wanted. Plus just leveled them mostly with Grand Company turn ins, that I just bought off the Marketplace.
my friend is actually making a killing off the marketboard right now without having any crafters/gatheres leveled off of just materia. He does savage and has everything already geared up so he would just run his weeklies to trade in the materials for hot buy materia and was making an absolute killing off it.

yeah, idk, i never enjoyed late game wow, i litraly did every quest doh, no raids what so ever, so I'm not really the "wow" above all, type of person, and I quit after cataclysm since the quest zones weren't interesting anymore. however, I do not understand how to enjoy FF, like legit, I would love to love it, to have a mmo to play as I got more time now then before, but it feels so hard to be cool when there are just so many uncool caracthers, like there ofc are some awsome and very cool and badass looking mogs, but then some just either naked or plainly unserius, (unserius meaning someone who plays the game for other reasons then making a cool looking mog, like playing for story or just simply thinking that other stuff looks nice ;and cool.
I just did this recently. The feels, man.
I hope chat bugs him to do Tam Tara HM before progressing in PotD.
He's definitely skipped a number of optional things, like he hadn't done Cutter's Cry until way later.
That scared the life out of me.... and I still want to do it again :D
Two years later, he did not get any of the items in the video. LOL

I love that the FF14 version of Torghast is just this thing you can do if you want, or not. If you do it and do it extremely well and challenge yourself, you get on leaderboards and get enormous prestige. It isn't tied to the story or even generally playing the game. WoW these days would never do this.

@@whitesonicex I think it would be a lot better if torghast was mandatory ONLY FOR some transmog and optional for the legendary. So at least you can have choices for legendary grinds which is the more gameplay related of the two.
I think you worded that wrong. Torghast is the WOW version of palace of the dead and heaven on high not the other way around.
That's extra gil for little effort (after the initial work of building/ranking up) and you also have a house with as many Miqo'te maids as you want (whereas with a personal house, you get no workshop, no subs, no personal room and the possibility for only 4 tenants to help you decorate it)
wait are salvage runs different from the normal submersible expeditions?
@@hana-qs3xj Salvage runs are just hitting the zones that have a chance to give salvage; Deep-sea Site 4, Unidentified Derelict, Wreckage of Discovery, Concealed Bay and Wreckage of Headway.

Yes, seriously, he could heal himself to full. Anytime he wanted. There's a 500+ page thread on an old FF11 forum of people theorizing how to beat this boss.
Here from the future. Asmon never got anything lol. He quit well before.

There's special potions you can buy in deep dungeons that'll heal you over time. Also, mimics naturally do high damage. They're run killers.

She even included Maygi’s guide. I owe my title to that alone.

She said she wasn't gonna talk about the ones you're can't get anymore while presenting the pvp armor
And some people seem to have gotten this tittle way more easily than others
Wasn't the tip to go carpenter?
Makes me really keen to give it a go
@@StayNightGaming Current WAR has very good chances to do it in EW, Raw Intuition is very powerful for sustain and Holmgang is now 10s
Only thing you gotta worry about may be damage output but not sure how it stacks up to previous Lv60 WAR
@@Mad_Bird_Jubjub what's the usual strat for it? Grab as many of each pom on the way to 100 then try to book as quick as possible with minimum required combat?
@@StayNightGaming you wanna manage resources up to 200 and use as little as possible until 171, preferably 180 where you use strength for the dps gain and set up 5 vuln stacks using lust at around 30% of his health
187+ you probably will use Pomander of Raging after checking chests but also depends on how comfortable you are with the timer
watch some runs of other people and you'll see, recommend looking at Angelus Demonus (if I spelled that correctly), you can learn a bit by just observing him on higher floors
This video aged like old expansion content on WoW
i should let you know that there is a strict requirement for the housing system that requires the owner, or any tenant/co-owner to have to log in at least once in (45 days?) to reset the house eviction (and i dont mean log in for 1 minute and log off, you have to make sure the server recognizes your activity). the consequence of neglecting this is your eviction, the house will be demolished and all furniture (that isnt a unique rare quest furniture) will be stored temporarily by an npc in the middle of the housing district for you to recover. this issue may be harsh but its kind of necessary to counter people who buy all the plots only to sell them in the grey market to other players, however it should be said that if the house is set to be the guild hall then as long as any free company member logs in the house is perfectly safe.
This is very important. Good to know.
What are with all these doubters in chat, literally Asmon has proven everyone who doubted him wrong, you either get on board or he lives rent-free in your head. Or perhaps don’t watch? Lol 🤣 I’ve been enjoying tons of content from many different people
The doubt is great encouragement to try things. The “I showed you” after, is great streaming content, which is why he indulges it. This dynamic is productive, whether people notice, or not 😊
I think the taunting from asmon searching for the hardest things to achieve then chat taunting back that he'll never do it is just part of the energy at this point :')
Especially because some people started watching him with a love hate mind and now genuinely love him I guess I'm not surprised!
He'll get some of this, but I do not think he's going to get the Necromancer or Lone Hero title. Soloing PotD and HoH all the way through until the final level? I don't know if he'll do it considering the classes he plays or wants to play. I'd be impressed but I really don't think he'd enjoy that grind.
@@Syllaren It is... really boring and uninteresting to do.
@@Syllaren Huh, you think so? I think watching him do solo DD runs would be hilarious and intense, he is going to blow up in traps and fake chests so many times.
Well, it would be way more interesting to me than watching him read the MSQ, which is extremely boring to me.
I was in an old crafting guild, with the Guild Leader playing since ARR launch without break. From her I learned that the maximum GIL you can have in your inventory is 999.999.999 GIL. But it's not a problem, because each of your Retainers can also hold this amount, as can your Guild Vault. However, if your Retainer is maxed out and sells an item, that GIL from the item sell will be lost :D She maxed out the max GIL 3 times :D
Her favourite title "Honest Gillionaire" only played a small part in it.
Most of it was always being on top of the crafting game and selling the newest items right when the patch came live, or shortly after.
Solo'ing PotD and HoH makes any Dark Souls game look like a tutorial.
5:28 he's a runner he's a trackstar
9 months later:
Weeellll???....WE ARE STIL WAITING!! 😂
I don't think Asmon ever references modern WoW. It's always "back in the day" or "back in Wrath" or "back in TBC." Just shows the state of the game currently.
Thats when he actually played the game himself.
Asmon's depiction of getting S rank kills is...surprisingly accurate, lol
" I'm gonna get all of these " LMAO " You'all are so dumb " LMAO Classic Zach.
@9:30 Lag killed my PotD solo aspirations. ANY small lag hiccup, because it's a solo instance, will vacate the instance and kill your run. Had my first 2 genuine attempts killed a few hours in and I'm like "Nope. I'm not going to do 9hr+ attempts where I have to gamble every single second to not have a run killed by a lag hiccup beyond my control."
They need to simply rid the achievement of the "in one attempt" condition. Until then, it's too much at the mercy of RNG.
Chat kapping Asmon on getting the blue mage mount like he couldn’t insta queue 9000 blue mages in seconds.
Thought there would be the Gillionaire title. Never saw anyone with that one yet personally
I've seen a lot of people run around with that title on my world and I've only been playing for a month
"I'm gonna get all of these (ult weapons)" THAT aged well.
Zepla's southern accent is the cutest fucking thing I've ever heard
I’m a simp to let’s be best friends
Clearly you have no clue what you’re talking about. That is not a southern accent whatsoever. Agree that you’re a simp also. Do better pal
We need a compliation of it
@@bryanh2898 Is a southern accent, not a simp.
/spit
@@bryanh2898 it's a very subtle and light accent but it's still southern, you can really hear it when she pronounces long i sounds or "er" sounds
I fucking love my house's location, like... literally my character has a martini bar and pool across the street from her house, it's great.
“Can I farm Wow mounts and Final Fantasy mounts at the same time? That would be fucking crazy. I would actually feel like I would be doing something in my life if I did this”
I fucking love this guy 😂
