Starship Engine FTL Effect

Made some improvements to the nacelles and added a traveling glow effect for when the ship is at FTL. More improvements to the textures.
I think i'm at a decent stopping point for the exterior now. Back to the bridge!

I like this one better than the other version, but...I think the red light in the front should be blue like on the other version. It just feels like there's too much red glowing parts. But it's still beautiful.
