Great! I especially like the idea of someone just parking their ships in this city, like there is a conference or something. You stand up, go to work and there is a floating mountain parked over you...XD
They're here for the Comic Con. When the event planners told the invited guests to bring their ships, they didn't really think that they would actually bring their ships! As a result, parking is a little tight.
This is by far one of the best Space Ship size comparisons I've seen. It's always nice to see the ships next to things we can relate to, not just floating in space with a white background. Very well done. Looking forward to the next one! EDIT - I would add some people standing around the ships in the next one. Again, great job!

The real life setting makes it easier to understand how big these are. Points of reference are so important for these size comparison videos. This was great.

Great to see Eagle one here, very underrated spacecraft, imho. The Liberator design is a bit off though, must be a fan's reimagining of it as it looked pretty different in the show. Great to see it included here too, though! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I love your vids man, please keep them coming. I was hoping maybe one day you could do a cross section vid of the Rocinante, would love to see that. But on the same subject, I have one critique about this vid (and it's something everyone does) the ships of The Expanse should be depicted vertically (except the Razorback, Behemoth and the rock hopper) as that is how they are orientated internally (picture Dutch Town houses, as that's their inspiration) and it appears to me that the other ships orientation matches internally. It's only a little niggle and FYI in case you haven't seen the show. But still, fantastic vid as always.
6:50 Seeing that Starcrat Battlecruier in its majestic, kilometer long glory, and comparing it to the size of everything else, really puts into perspective when one of them is blown out of the sky by a couple of hydralisks.

9:05 I am disappoint. No matter how many retcons, the SSD will always be 7 Km long. On a good note, great video, the beginning with the cars, people and city environment was a neat touch. 👍
What me also „annoyed“ was the Deathstar 2 - shouldn’t it be 900km in Diameter? Also I would have been happy to not only see the Starfury. It’s a shame for me that the Omega Destroyer or the White Star have not been included. They are one of the most iconic space ships in sci-fi history.
@@matsch6777 Agreed, that retcon of DS2 is just stupid, original 160Km and 200Km are impressive enough already. Kudos to the Omega destroyer, classics never die. 👍
By far, the most probable near future space ships are the Star Fury, the Gunstar and The Eagle. The Discovery is another possible candidate, and looks like it could become real some day. A lot of these are fanciful, and are hard to believe becoming real some day. But it was a blast to see all of these ships onscreen showing their relative sizes compared to each other. Great job!
