A lot of western Jews are like that. They want nothing to do with Israel. Zionism isn't a religious movement but a political one. This is because Judaism today is rabbinic Judaism which is actually younger than Christianity. Old Judaism, centred around temple life in Jerusalem and the priesthood, instead of rabbis, was wiped out in 70AD by the Romans. Their entire religion after that was centred around the idea that Israel was now forbidden to them by God. This is why many orthodox Jews think the country itself is a blasphemy.

i recently went to a protest where a palestinian family spoke. multiple children spoke of their dead family in gaza, the heartbreak in their voices was devastating, the way they spoke was pure desperation for this genocide to stop. after photos of the protest got shared, israel supporters said things like "how dare you indoctrinate your children into this terrorism". they are calling these palestinian children terrorist supporters, as if they weren't there to plead for help for their dead and dying family at the hands of the true terrorists.
And how devastated were these Palestinians when they heard of the atrocities done by Hamas?

Most of these children were not even born the last time he was voted in, let alone be 18 to vote for him. Also, these people in Gaza are denied travel outside of it, so even if they disagreed with Hamas, they can't leave Gaza. Hamas is not a legitimate government, cause they have not had a re-election in 18 years, since 2006.

p.s. I have not included by name various other people facing eradication today because I am uneducated in that area right now. It is an endless subject of study and I have only broken from my indoctrination in recent years.

Please study a little more history, further back-the Jewish people/Israelis are from Israel, they were kicked out of their land 2,000 years ago and wandered everywhere (including Europe), and have been kicked out of most of those places or mistreated due to their religious beliefs. They were finally allowed back into their original homeland in the 1940s. The Arabs who were living there at the time haven't been terribly happy about it and that's been the problem for the past 75+ years.

I'm an Israeli myself, and the propaganda train is noticeable even down to every day lives. These types of videos make me feel horrible to be an Israeli, and have that be a part of my identity. I can tell you that I feel ostracized whenever I express my own opinions even in the most lightest ways. It's really difficult to live in a country where your peers wish for the deaths of millions of others without even thinking twice. It'd almost be fine were it just the people in my own life. That'd just mean I hang around a bad crowd, but the fact politicians echo and encourage such way of thinking to the point of reciting hitler rhetoric doesn't incite hope within me.
I hope to god a ceasefire occurs, and that we'll all see for better days by the end of this. Thank you for using your platform to talk about these issues and point to sources which we can all use to help the Palestinians in their time of need.

As a German person, the most scary part for me right now is that our government seems so afraid to be deemed antisemitic that they just support another genocide. Ok, so Israel turns off the water and deprives Gaza of food to "get the hostages back"... but how do the hostages come back if they are starved to death or die because they drank contaminated water? That doesn't seem to be the best way to get your hostages back in good condition, and wouldn't be the way I would go about it if I actually cared about the people in that situation.
When they started dropping bombs was when I noticed that Israel was just using the hostages as an excuse, you don't drop bombs in hostage situations
I think the hostages are likely better off than others since hamas is stupid but not stupid enough to not store supplies for a planned hostage taking. This makes the strategy worse to me though since that means the dehydration and starvation will 100% kill many civilians before it even STARTS to affect Hamas. Any strategy that kills civilians first instead of the actual murderers is pure pure evil

You look like any other Israeli-Arab, so there is no way to distinguish you from those who are citizens and those who are not in a shop, university, street, etc. Anyway, most of us don't think of you as subhuman, and of course, there are some extreme Israeli comments from politicians and supporters, as in every democratic country. Take for example USA narrative after 9/11 ... Sadly, hatred makes people blind, and the best thing we can do is to try to be more humane and strive for peace.

Hello, i'm an israeli living in israel right now, i do not agree with my governments choices, when we were kids i remember our teachers telling us that israel is a place of peace and prosperity, and now that i have grown up it seems more of a place of hate and destruction, people here in israel are united, but not by peace, not by love.. by hate, that is the most dangerous thing out there, and honestly is a disgrace to everybody who is a rational person, i honestly dont even bother to speak with my parents, friends or coworkers about the mass killings of innocent people in the gaza strip and gaza itself, it is truly a horrible experience, having all of your loved ones be fixated on this one idea that they have been manipulated into believing.
as of living in israel right now on november 22nd 2023, the propaganda and deceit are still raging about, israel doesnt show it's citizens the truth, they only show the side of us getting bombed by the terrorists and never show the part where the government murder countless innocent people, cut down families of innocent people and slaughter children.
the government in israel is believed to be the face of truth and peace, while it is actually not, and if you try to prove it otherwise a huge rally of people will shut you down, because they are activly brainwashed by hatred to a group who has not done anything.
for example, i had a conversation with my mother about this around a week ago, where she was watching the news and said "i hope all those arabs get sent to hell", and i wanted to correct and told her that she should hope all those who actually bring harm should go to hell, but she persisted, this conversation went for a long time and then finally when it ended, she told me that i had a bad opinion because i've always had a rebelious personality, and only wanted to prove her wrong for the sake of it.
i truly hope that this slaughter will end, and that the population of israel finally see the truth.
