B I G project. Looking forward to your progress. My hubby has a suggestion. When removing the "paneling" to keep it as a template for your new material. Should save on trying to measure every time esp with the curves.

@@UglyDucklingHouse We have done several wooden trailers, a 69 Scotty and a 66 Yellowstone. This is our first aluminum body. Yes there is much to learn. It takes all the trades, metalworker, carpenter, furniture builder, mechanic, electrician................on and on and on. Make sue you have plenty Captain Morgan and RC Cola.
I totally wish I could find something like this but it seems old campers just don't exist here in rough shape so those selling want insane amounts of money for their "restored" camper. I want to find one in shape about like this so I can fix it up myself (and get it for cheap).
Considering a 1948 Spartan Manor, but can’t find anyone with detailed info on how they were constructed. Especially if I have to replace floors and subfloor. Do you have info on exactly how to replace floor? Early Spartans were all sold without plumbing...plumbing and electric fridge were options at additional cost. Any later videos? Putting in wiring and a Converter not a big thing. I installed a Performance Dynamics 9245C converter with all-new electrics when we restored our 1964 Fireball Meteor. Detailed videos, not rushed videos, would be helpful. Thnx and enjoy what I’ve seen.
There are 4 Ruby episodes available currently. Plumbing and electrical aren't finished yet for our project, but we'll create videos later for them when the time comes. Replacing the tongue jack is the next video slated for release this month.
Not finished. Pandemic + pregnancy delays. I have two really long episodes coming out with some more progress (an attempt at shining up the camper exterior and demo on the inside).
We have a LOT of footage that has to be cut down. Between this and the home projects, actually finding time to edit down all of them is one of the tougher challenges. I'll be posting it as soon as it's ready because I'm really excited about showing a video of my very pregnant self doing all the demo work (which I love doing). 🙂
Nice hat Kyle
I’m super excited to follow this project! I’ve long dreamed of restoring a vintage trailer camper!
Can't wait to see what you do with it. Beautiful vehicle. Great to have it.

You said it! Huge. But if we can make it happen, it will mean so much to us both! And that's a great idea, thanks for the tip.
Cant wait...
Woohooo! I will be watching this like a hawk!
Big project but it will be amazing to watch the transformation.

I was trying to get the next one up today but didn't get the voiceover finished! So hopefully tomorrow!
Waiting..........!

Recording this weekend! Winter isn't a great time to visit the property and washing it is going to be cold 😂
So where’s the update how does the trailer look now??
We're working on getting two new videos up now!
There's only 2 videos ?
Any updates on your trailer reno?
Gotta finish the voiceover and was trying to get it up today but not done! So hopefully tomorrow!

@@UglyDucklingHouse Thank you. We're working on a 66 Shasta so very interested in your project

You were mistaken. This project is not going to be "intense", it's going to be in a trailer. Ha! Sorry...bad joke.
😂 dad jokes
@@UglyDucklingHouse .....and I'm not even a dad. Yikes!
