Nice redo, definitely like the personal touches and the use of all available space. You may have started out as amateurs, but sure have come a long way. Thanks for sharing.
Great Reno Job!!!! I have a dual axel 16' 1974 that I will renovate next year as my retirement home. Everything works like a champ. American made so no problems. Thanks for the tips!
Bought a trashed 24 ft. Prowler for $500. Spent $1000 and now I live in it in a secluded wooded area. Best place I have ever lived. Not near as fancy as yours, but I am the only person living in it and dont really need "fancy". It is very comfortable and efficient. Everyone who sees it wants to buy it. "Sorry, not for sale" Enjoy your trailer, be safe and have fun. 😀👍
Thanks for calling ours fancy! Most people think it's old and rickety haha. But we like it! We also dealt with people asking to buy it when we had it parked in our driveway
What an amazing and awesome build!! It's like a small apartment! The layout is breathtakingly fantastic! Not bad for an amateur build. All I have to say is wow!🖤💜🖤💜🖤💜🖤
Love it, from the colors to both the interior and exterior remodeling. Great job on it all. I have this cute 26 ft x 8 ft 1987 Excel vintage RV i gotten from my manager and her husband earlier last November in 2022, it needs so TLC and remodeling with some updates on electrical, plumbing and even gas lines for propane to gas stove and furnace, etc. I plan to make this a fun project into my own tiny home, it won't be used for traveling but as a place of occupied living on this property my dad willed me to have, its paid for, no mortgage, etc except property taxes. In the meantime, due to my full time work schedule, i can do little here and there, i did start a bit of demolition and there are some old water damages that needs to be fixed and replaced from the flooring, floor framing, etc. I love watching what other RVers ideas and what and how to do these remodeling projects as well. Everyone is unique with how they want their RV homes to look like, i find both inspiring and even encouraging as well. And, this opens up new workable ideas of my own with what i want to do with mine too after all the repairs and new framing, flooring, insulation, etc are done. Anyway, love the way yall did everything in your RV. And will be watching your video contents as well, between my work schedule too😉👍
You and the hubby did a great job ,I love the wood and personal touches beauty, just a regular old red green type renovation lol just kidding looks sharp and clean ,😮
Nice redo, it looks very nice love the personal touches too, that bed spread is great, we had one but they wouldn't go in washer, they need to be dry cleaned. EXPENSIVE. The sink is great. LOVE your bathroom. ♡♡♡♡
Aww thank you! I know the rule of thumb is avoid dark colors in small spaces...but I just had a feeling it would work out if we had mostly white walls.
Inherited a 79 kings highway from my parents. A friend an I did a full rebuild from front to back. Glad I did as went covid first hit I packed up and went to my land up North and lived in it full time. It is a lot bigger though at 38 feet. Took awhile to get it done but was well worth it.
I saw your video on Tictok and look forward to watching you both on UA-cam now also. We are full time and are now near Jackson Hole Wyoming. Hope to see you both somewhere down the road! Safe travels!
Probably one of my favorite renos. Floorplan reminds me of my first camper (24' Prowler). Wish I still had it, I would hire you guys to reno it. Great work showing us the unit.
Thanks so much! We would LOVE to do another reno in the near future. We've talked about how we wish our camper was in the 24-25ft range. I think that would be the perfect size
We have a 16 and 1/2 ft trailer and I am amazed how much more spacious yours is with just two more feet of length. I really like all of the remodeling that you did. New subscriber :-)
Thank you! I feel like every inch of extra space makes a difference. We see 21 and 22ft campers and are so envious of the space. We feel like ours is pretty functional for the size!
Haha that seems to be the trend! I think I've used the microwave two or three times...but it's always kind of a pain to take everything out of it that we store in there!
@@WorkinfortheWild yes. We’re in Yuma Arizona and heading for Salem Oregon tomorrow morning. We’ve had several different RV’s over the years. Started out with a 91 18’ and now are back to a 92 18’. Fifth wheels to longer bumper pulls. Like the little guys for versatility/simplicity. Like you we’ve personalized to fit our needs. Plus we like having our canopy.
Nice Build. I clicked on the video because of the thumbnail which says "we live here". But stopped the video when you got to the shower and said "we don't really need it, because we stay on places with showers."
You guys did a great job!!, Only the rounded edge is so you don't get too injured from bashing your head on the cabinet, I'm 6'4'' so I think about these things. Good job.
Thank you! We would probably change some things about it if we had a do-over but would definitely keep the L-shape design. Adding space for a cushion backing would be a plus though :).
Great renovation! I suggest adding some ventilation and possibly a small fan for the power area under the bed. Those produce heat and need ventilation to prevent overheating and potential fires. Would hate for something to happen!
Thank you! We've talked about making a few holes around the inverter charger to give it some more space to breathe. I think we'll do that sooner than later! It does have a fan built in, which helps a bit. That's about the only thing that creates heat since our batteries are lithium.
@@WorkinfortheWild that's good to have. My husband is an electrician and I work in IT. We see this alot. You can look up the BTU for each device and battery and can find out how much heat it produces. I recommend getting a PC fan for your hole, to blow out the heat. Good luck!!
Haha we got rid of a LOT of stuff to make this move! And we'd live to get rid of even more when we have the chance. Labradors are the best :). Thank you for watching!
One of the best renovations of a camper I have ever seen. You have something to be very proud of! Nice colors and great use of wood. The cooper sinks are great with an old time pebble pattern. Thank you for sharing, you have done an outstanding job! Safe travels.
Wow! That's so nice of you to say. Thank you! We're proud of the way it turned out, especially aesthetically. There are some functional things we'd change if we got a re-do!
@@WorkinfortheWild you'll be ok :) I have faith in you. We dont travel around we stay put in this family nudist resort. Safe travels! Im always on pinterest looking at campground meals and rv decorating :)

Thanks! It’s been interesting living in it full time and talking about what we did well vs. what we would change
back again. can't quit watching. this is gold and Cole is a HUNK
Can’t beat what you’ve done! Cost effective and functional as well. Everything ties in together
Thanks so much! It took us much longer than expected but was worth the time and effort
That’s very simple, but comfortable design that would add to the relaxing vibe you’d want from you camper.
Bathroom is Awesomely spacious. Great renovation
Thank you!
You did good! The most impressive thing is you took this on and your still married! Good job guys! Video was well done also....a fan.
Thanks so much! It definitely took some solid teamwork

I love, love, love what you guys have done with your rv! You guys put a lot of love in fixing up your trailer! I just love it!

Lots of work but it's beautiful 🎉🎉🎉
The tool box across the front is a great idea!
It really is so convenient when we're setting up and breaking down all the time
Y'all did an awesome job, love the color scheme and the layout.
Thank you! We’re definitely happy with the way it turned out
Right! The layout is fantastic!
Great job! I can’t believe all the storage in the bathroom!
Thank you! The storage back there is a game changer
Amazing!!! ❤️ You have great taste in decorating!!! Well done!!!!👍
Thank you! We would love to renovate another RV
BIG Thumbs Up !!! GREAT Video !!!
Great job on the refresh. It's nice to see personal touches to make it your own
Thanks so much!
Nice redo, I love the color scheme. Sometimes you can't go wrong with a used trailer.
Nicely done. You did an excellent job with your video as well as with the van. May it give you years of trouble free service.
Thank you! Already running into some hiccups but nothing that has deterred us yet!
Great build/redo. Safe travels!

Wow, I've been thing about changing the dinette in my camper, your renovation is great! I'm going to copy it.
Love that! The L-shape dinette has been very functional for us.
I just got done redoing my 18ft camper and got a great piece if land, I'm gonna live in it too its gonna be awesome

The closet in the bathroom is brilliant
Great job all over
Can't take too much credit for that! The layout came with the closet. All I did was paint it and replace the hardware!
Great job. Good design and layout. Enjoy your time with it.
It's not what u live in . Its how u live in it. ❤❤❤
Looks so cozy!
It really is! I think it will feel even more that way in the fall
Beautiful trailer. I want mine to look similar. Great job guys
Thank you! We appreciate that. We know it’s not everyone’s style but we love it!
I love the blanket on your bed!
Thank you! Cole’s dad and stepmom are super talented quilters!
Love the natural materials you used. We recently purchased a 1993 starcraft cant wait to get started on it!
Thank you! I know the wood isn't for everyone, but we like it! Congrats on getting the camper. The renovation process is a lot of work but so fun!
Great video Rachel and Cole
Really nice. I hope to get a used travel trailer and live in it until I die.
