You can pour it on a stainless tray but rub vegetable oil on it first to avoid sticking.
Baking paper or wax paper works perfectly. Or a silicone mat.
Plss can i use veniger instead of lime? And also is it most to use lime or lemon
I can't say because I haven't used vinegar before. It's not compulsory to add lime. It's just used to balance the sugar.
Is it not necessary to pound before washing
When you pound it, it will give out a different texture.
