What is amount of sugar needed for one kg sim sim seeds
Hi Frida, kindly allow me to direct you to this video where I explain how to make simsim balls with sugar. Then you can measure the 1kg simsim with the measurements I've used in the video. It's a little tricky for me to know now that I've not made a whole kg of simsim balls before. I always make a few at a time using the recipe I've shared in the video. Hope this helps. Let me describe them as chewy and fairly crunchy but they can soften more depending on the temperature in the environment.
