i remember renting this game as a kid and playing it on the wii i would end up just buying the xbox version a few years later and its a game i replay all the time i know for a fact i never beat chop till you drop and since the original dead rising is one of my favorite games i should try and get chop till you drop just to play it now both for the sake of mixing up one of my DR playthoughs and its kinda just interesting that this even exists
I had beat this, and i have to say, it wasn't good, but far from bad. It was such a inportant part of my childhood, my stray cat came back, he ate a watormeloon, and i gained a inch
If im being completely honest, i actually really enjoy this game. Now im one of the fans of this that experienced the 360 version first, then the HD remaster for xbox one and then i just bought this a couple days ago. Really enjoy the special zombies and the gameplay. Im thinking of now getting the RE4 version on the Wii because of this.
This was my entry into the dead rising series I haven't played it since but I definitely prefer the resident evil based shooting it really made the game accessible as a wee babe. Compared to the other titles the Wii had at the time this one is definitely in the top 10 for myself thanks for covering it.
Had no idea the Wii version was so different. Been noticing a lot of these Wii ports were almost original versions of the games they were based on. Also, I HATE the time limit in Dead Rising. Almost ruins the game for me.
I did not know Dead Rising: Chop till you Drop was a "port" until like 2016. I loved playing it as a kid, but the Xbox version is definitely leagues better
I played the original, it was frustrating but had fun, then I bought this version, i had a lot of fun, tte zombies act different, and the aiming was perfect on the wii, i hated trying to use the stick to aim, i still play it from time to time
4:38 I lost it here! Espicially when Frank said "I covered wars you know?"

With your thumbnail, I thought this was a Stip0 video. Good job on this video, and check out his channel if you want more DR1 content
Love his channel and his deep dives into the DR builds.
