It's the type of game that you'll love only if you grew up with it. THIS was my GTA when I was a kid lol

This video game is a cinematic masterpiece. Everything about it is cool. And the graphics were much better than the gta from that day. Unfortunately, that’s where the good things about it stops. It had so much potential. If it weren’t rushed, maybe it would have changed the course, as far as GTA becoming the standard for video games of this type.

Nice work and hopefully we will see the multiplayer return to the rrmastered version, but who knows.

I'd kind of like to see 'the Chicago branch' mentioned in Spirits Unleashed as a reference to the unmade sequel and to tie the game universes together without directly showing things and causing a licensing headache.

Wanted to wait till I watched the whole review to leave my comment. So I just wanna say. I agree with absolutely everything in this review. I think the small changes were unnecessary but don't matter in the grande scheme of what DR truly is. I think the new voice acting is solid (Especially Jas) but not Brad sadly. And much more! I think that you did a great job going over everything in the Deluxe Remaster. Here is hoping we do get Peter back for DR2DR!

I played the original, it was frustrating but had fun, then I bought this version, i had a lot of fun, tte zombies act different, and the aiming was perfect on the wii, i hated trying to use the stick to aim, i still play it from time to time

Big Red One was my introduction to COD, my uncle bought it for me for Christmas many years ago.

I'm a huge fan of this game, I have it on the 360. I still need the remaster/port.

Here is what few people know about this game. It actually worked in Nvidia 3D. Using a projector you could have lifesize 3d versions of Murray, Aykroyd, Ramis and Hudson to interact with. It really was something else. It was the LONG awaited third Ghostbusters movie that you were actually (visually) inside of and interacting with for 60-80 hours. The 3D characters looked like actual Mattel Ghostbusters figures on the screen. I hear today it still works with helix or migoto, I hear it even works in VR now.

If my memory serves me correctly, Finest Hour was surprisingly difficult even on easy mode. I haven't played it since i was a kid, but i remember a significant difficulty spike by the time you get to the American missions. Big Red One was amazing, and i remember it fondly. WAWFF sucked hind bitty and was noticeably lesser quality compared to CoD 3 and Big Red One.

I still see people when talking about the big red one about certain characters deaths so I know for a fact people cared about the characters I cared about their deaths way more than anybody from world of war.

Big Res One was my first COD back when Band of Brothers was on repeat on the History Channel. BRO then COD3 and other WW2 games fueled my interest in the conflict and later love of COD until Activision killed it

COD Finest Hour was my first COD, every now and then I boot it up on my PS2 the game is super clunky but I love the soundtrack and as a kid I really loved the animation reel

Finest Hour actually was my first Call of Duty game. My uncle bought it for me as a freebie gift. The first thing I noticed when playing the game was that I would end up playing as different characters in the campaign, rather than playing as one protagonist for the entire journey. While the British and American campaigns didn't really do much with this idea, the Russian campaign invoked the whole "decoy protagonist" idea by demoting the first character you play as to a supporting extra and then subsequently forgetting he exists. No fatalities, but the idea of the first playable character in a campaign not being the central one got introduced here far before the Modern Warfare games made it much more well-known.

Big Red One was my first CoD and I have it on GameCube.
