Everything looks amazing. The microwave is by far the easiest way to "cook" a sweet potato. I don't bother turning on my oven anymore - 5-7 minutes, depending on the size and you're done!

Wrap the rinsed sweet potato in aluminum foil without wiping off the water.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes without preheating.

Where do you get your breads in general? Like your sourdough etc. Locally, whole foods?
sourdough is my favorite!! I get that usually from the grocery store. then, from the bakery we usually get a fresh baguette or the house bread

Doesn't poking chicken while cooking just release the juices leaving the chicken dry? Also i highly recommend the instant pot for fast potatoes!
no!! it's the best hack, helps the chicken finish cooking faster so it's not dry, and helps it absorb the sauce better too :)
