- i've been trying my best to find a more balanced approach to day-to-day life and I think this video speaks to that, a lot on how to make time for yourself while also getting everything done. it's not easy, and I definitely haven't figured it out but I think I'm getting closer 😊 here is a simple day in my life in new york city trying to find balance and catch up with you guys!

I love all your content but please don’t video others. It’s so annoying seeing lovely influencers being super entitled and selfish and videoing others when you can clearly see people faces. I doubt you had everyone’s consent to video them and if I went to a group yoga session and found out I was clearly in someone’s video when I wasn’t aware it would make me really uncomfortable and anxious so please blur face or just don’t video. It’s things like this that make people like me anxious to do things in public. Be considerate please ❤️
