Hi Sandra! Aunt Ruth enjoyed the ribs but I think she is enjoying me cooking so she doesn't have to lol. If I make it to 85 I probably won't want to cook either-lol. I have a few weeks left tin Vegas and I'm going to ty to get here to use the Grill as the Foodi would be too deep for her due to decrease range of motion in hr shoulders and she is so short. But I think the grill would be a good fit for her-let the training begin-she can do it! Thanks Sandra!
Lisa I’m cooking ribs tonight for the third time since watching your video. Each time adding more of the applewood seasoning. I’m not “heavy-handed” with it, figuring I can always add more if not enough, but can’t take away if too much. Also been using a bourbon whiskey sauce at the end. Having read many of the comments here, please allow me to say, the packaging around the natural pork back ribs I’m cooking expressly states that, “Ribs are more tender cooked to about 195°F. “ Can I just drop the mic right there on your behalf? And from head high, too. No waist high drop, a full on head high mic drop and not even lookin’ back as I walk off. The palm of my hand is facing to the side too, in case anyone wants to say anything... they can talk to the hand. Man street talk is fun. Sending this with love and praise for what you’re doing in town. Proud of you Lisa.
