- As a massive thank you to everyone who supports the channel and got us to 5K subscribers, I thought it was about time we had another giveaway to say thanks. I’m in. Love the leather work. When I was little ( I’m quite old ) my dad used to mend shoes to make ends meet and he used to buy a sheet of leather now and again. Boy what a beautiful smell. It wasn’t dyed or coloured and about a quarter of an inch thick. Every time he cut a heel or sole pattern you’d get a fresher whiff.

Congrats and thanks for hosting another giveaway. You're far more knowledgeable, practical, and a much better communicator than most bushcraft/woodland channels. I bet 10k will come much faster than this milestone.
