This is a great recipe. It turns out to be perfect amount of sweet and so moist and is totally healthy. I would recommend trying this but you need to follow the recipe. It is very easy to make and it actually took me only 20 minutes in the oven and it was perfectly done.
I just made this, i might cut Oil down to 100ml, it weighed a kilo and tastes great. I put mixed weight of 35g Walnuts. 30g Almonds. I will for sure make this again.

I have only one banana now and I am in the mood of baking. I ll do this anyway may be reduce the flour content from 220 g 170 g . Not using white flour replacing with whole wheat flour. Honey is substituted with brown sugar. Hope I ll get it right.

Hi! I never tried it with sour cream but I think it will work! I already replaced yogurt in other recipes with butter milk or creme fraiche and it worked just fine. Maybe the flavor would be a little different but it will still have a moist texture. I hope this helps 😘
Hi! Instead of yogurt use the same quantity of either buttermilk, or milk. If you use milk, add few drops of lemon juice or vinegar to thicken it, then add it to the recipe instead of yogurt. I hope this helps 😘
What kind of Greek yogurt did you use? Plain ? Vanilla? Did it have any sugar? Is vanilla Greek one ok? How about the Fage 0% fat? Sorry lol I just want to make sure I don’t get one and it changes the recipe too much.

Stevia usually has how to measure out how much of their sugar to use for baking purposes! It’s usually a bit less because it’s pretty powerful sweetness
Hi! I think I the crack on top is good to have a hood texture that is not so dense, maybe you could avoid it by poking the loaf once it's baked halfway. This will let the air escape and avoid the craking.. 😘
I tried it and the taste is amazing but mine doesn't doesn't cook right from the centre. It gets a little cakey, kind of, from the middle. Any idea why this might be? I've tried it 2 times now.
I'm not sure I never tried it in the airfryer but I don't see why it won't work out, you just need to adjust the baking time and keep checking the center untill it's throughly baked. If you try please let me know how it turned out! 😘
Hi💕 it's not possible to substitute the whole quantity of all purpose flour with almond flour because they have different consistency. So I cannot promise it will work for the recipe sorry! I'll try make a banana bread with almond flour instead and post it soon! Thank you for the inspiration 💕
Hi! I never tried to use eggs substitutes for this specific recipe but I don't see why it won't work! Instead of each 1 egg, you can use 1 tbsp of ground chia seeds or flaxseeds mixed together with 3 tbsp of water, wait for the mixture to thicken and then add it to your batter instead of eggs! Hi, it’s the standard baking tin. You need a minimum 13D x 27W x 7H centimetres, it won’t make a big difference if your tin is slightly bigger, it doesn’t have to be the exact same. I hope this helps 😊

Bread tasted good with out sugar which was great! But I wouldn’t recommend for diabetics. My dad sugar spiced through the roof after eating a slice. But taste great though.

Too done or not done enough depends on your altitude and oven. Adjust accordingly, either more or less heat.

your oven might be too hot and the outside cooks quicker than the inside. you could try baking it for a longer time in lower temperature
