I had a 13' whaler with a Johnson 28 special motor as a kid in Long Beach Island N.J. and my grand father always told me no matter what if boat gets swamped or anything do not leave the boat because it will not sink. I was wild and if there was as much videos back in the early 90's they would have had me on video handling that little whaler just as wild as these girls. I loved that boat and miss it.😂

There is no such a thing as " complete control" when you are out there.
Both of them seem to have quite a bit of experience. Watch the passenger, she never panics, even anticipated the big jump and braced correctly.

She diagnally cut the wave which almost corkscrew flipped the boat and then flooded it. That was 100% pilot error not the vessel.

I had the exact same thing happened to me and my friend Huge Huge wave out of nowhere. Drove the boat right into it and gunned it ! We were looking at sky. And I heard the propeller winding out Still can't believe we didn't flip backwards ! What a trip that was. ! We talked about it for years !

@@joejoe8322 then I must have been EPIC because I knew what I was doing. I remember jet skiing through the sound when a tropical storm was hitting. This was before cell phones. I had a beeper!! Haha THAT was the scariest time I have been on the water! We nearly had to pull in and camp on a barrier island. The sky was green, stinging rain and hail suck in a bikini!! But these "legends" MUST know what that feels like 🤨🙄

I had a 13' whaler with a Johnson 28 special motor as a kid in Long Beach Island N.J. and my grand father always told me no matter what if boat gets swamped or anything do not leave the boat because it will not sink. I was wild and if there was as much videos back in the early 90's they would have had me on video handling that little whaler just as wild as these girls. I loved that boat and miss it.😂
