*GOOD NEWS!* I used to live in Japan for six years while studying Japanese and going to culinary school. For those of you saying he should be permanently banned, don’t worry, he will. When foreigners commit crimes in Japan the first thing they do is check your visa and schedule your court dates accordingly. They’ll intentionally make him overstay his visa even if he’s not given any jail time which means he’ll get an automatic deportation. Under Japanese law, if you’ve been convicted and sentenced to jail time exceeding one year you’ll most likely never be allowed to set foot in Japan again. I’m guessing that’s what they’ll give him as a punishment. If not, they’ll make sure his court appearances put him past his visa expiration date so they’ll be able to just deport him and it’s totally up to the airport immigration officers at the checkpoints to either deny or allow him into Japan after the mandatory 5 years he won’t be allowed to enter Japan. They’ll most definitely never allow him into Japan again though, not after everything he’s done. The only real way he can bypass this is if he has significant ties to Japan such as a wife and kids. He has neither of those.
If he is sentenced to some jail time, for those of you who are thinking Japanese prisons are tough, I can assure you they aren’t. They’re very structured and very safe. There’s tons of guards and it’s very strict. It’s also very comfortable at the same time. Soft beds, very good food from what I hear, movies, your own TV, special meals on holidays and many other things. So, unfortunately there will be no one wanting to ruin their comfort just to hurt him. The good news is he’ll never be allowed in Japan ever again. Japan is very thorough. They’ll make sure there’s notes for all the immigration officers to read just in case he tries to enter Japan again. Here’s the most beautiful part. If you have a deportation on your record it shows up for every country you visit. So basically, this dude maybe denied entry to many other countries he tries to visit in the future.
Just thought I’d share that with you all.

People around the world don't hate Americans, they HATE BLACKS. They may be envious of Americans, but they hate Blacks. Like the Asians in America hate Blacks & their people overseas KNOW very well why they hate Blacks. BLACKS BEAT ASIANS EVERY DAY, rob them, brutally beat the Asian elderly.
The Japanese are very intelligent, highly cultured & respectful people, & they clearly see he is BLACK & the truth is Blacks are not American. No Black is American, no matter what the lying media says. Blacks are not American; they are only U.S. Citizens under the control of the Government Services Corporations. Blacks are not sovereigns. True Americans are sovereigns. Whites in America are so sick of Blacks that Whites are telling their government officials to stop forcing Whites to pay for Blacks to exist. In America, its the Whites who have always paid for Blacks, but Blacks have never produced enough in a day than they consume, so they are highly deficit in all matters especially Violent Crime. And that Blacks are only 13% of the population & commit 95% of all violent crime isn't something Whites are going to continue to put up with. Blacks won't see it coming because they are so stupid & arrogant. Japan would be wise to limit the number of Blacks who enter as Blacks only get worse. Absolutely Blacks should not be allowed to stay & live in Japan for more than a month, especially if its more than one Black. JAPANESE HATE BLACKS FOR GOOD REASON. Not only are they ugly, their hair styles they find disgusting because Blacks don't clean themselves, don't wash their hair & have hair mites that spread, so they don't like Blacks sitting on public transporation.

To anyone from Japan seeing this: I am greatly sorry that someone like him made such a bad name and I agree with everyone else here and I can't believe this guy on so many levels. For one he's gotten the luck to go to travel which a good number of people don't get to do, let alone to somewhere as nice and beautiful as Japan JUST to become a nuisance to everyone there. Second to think that this behavior is acceptable, I wouldn't even expect this sort of thing from a spoiled child let alone a grown man. Third is how he thinks he's above all this and doesn't take the people of Japan serious and after all the people who spoke and became physical with him he still kept going and thinks it's all a joke. Fourth is how he's deluding himself thinking the people of Japan love him and thinks he's this online celebrity when truth is he's hated by everyone there and online and they want him out of the country. And fifth is he's doing this all for content and to get fame, well than congratulations to this wannabe streamer as he's now become an example of a racist, immature, inconsiderate, hateful, disrespectful, egotistical and disgusting person hated by the Japanese and people around the world.
Honestly I don't even know what in his mind says it's ok to be doing this sort of thing, he should have realized this even before the first time he was confronted on that subway (to the people who spoke up against him they have my respect) and if time in jail in a foreign country can't teach him to act like an actual human being than this man is a lost cause.
People like him disgust me and I'm glad he's finally getting punished for all the stupid things he's done and he better believe that the only person who is gonna save him from his idiotic actions will be that poor lawyer (who I feel bad for) trying to think of a way to defend him

ill make this very clear if we execute all criminals then 1st it would encourage every act of crime to be premeditated all or nothing style, more volatile because they would start shooting because they would be dead anyways as you know the saying a cornered wolf is the most dangerous.
2nd if you are innocent then you are fucked you cannot get revived and there is less incentive to look into cases where one of the parties is dead which means that the real culprit might actually get away with the crime.
3rd death penalty is much more expensive than life in prison because the defendant would have many chances to go into re trials and contest the results which means that many trials would have to be delayed to expedite the defendants and lets say that in terms of costs that actually is really expensive, from setting up the court to getting every party involved back, not worth it.
hope this explained why this way of doing things is not helpful

@@arnoldstrong3548 A criminal would like your liberal extremist propaganda because you defend criminals which makes you their accomplice....
"a cornered wolf is the most dangerous."
You're right. We should let it escape so it can devour your daughter tomorrow. The best way to deal with evil is to help it ruin others' lives. You are deluded.
Saudi Arabia has far less crime than a liberal atheistic shithole like the US when comparing the same sample sizes, so even if robbers would feel cornered instead of hugged as you prefer to deal with your comrades, that would be exceedingly rare making your point not sharp at all.

"2nd if you are innocent then you are fucked"
The solution to this is to condemn only based on proof. The solution is NOT to help countless MORE innocents get raped and robbeed and murdered by the monsters you vainly defend.
Don't act like you care about innocents when you defend rapists, murderers and thieves. Are you one? The chance is high.
"less incentive to look into cases where one of the parties is dead"
False. The family members would be more eager to bring the wicked to justice. A criminal at large means a time bomb. That is a great incentive to neutralize them.
"might actually get away with the crime."
You WANT them to get away with evil. You are defending them. God will deal with you. Repent or perish.

Many chances? They're dead. That's the pont. They get no chances by then. You failed again. You are a thief who wants taxpayers to pay for your buddies.
Criminals should die for being worthless abominations, and threats to society. Stop lying for the sake of evil. God won't let you get away with anything. Your words are repulsive. You hate truth and justice. You are poisoned with liberalism. See my video "5 PROOFS for GOD."
