Oh yeah I did had that in a city or state called Assam. They have entirely different food compared to Delhi or Mumbai or even Chennai. I had like vegetable stew with rice and rosted pork, a very chinese infused cooking style, very spicy, very soupy, awesome experience. We also packed up dried bamboo shoot pickle, that was a bomb.
