冬瓜蓮蓬湯包袪濕湯
材料:
袪濕湯包一個
冬瓜2斤
豬腱骨一隻(約一斤)
椰棗10粒
陳皮一角
處理:
1. 袪濕湯包,清水浸20分鐘。
2. 大火煲滾一鑊水,放豬骨出水3分鐘,清水洗乾淨。
3. 冬瓜,包括冬瓜皮及種子,清水洗乾淨,一開八。
4. 陳皮,清水浸軟。
5. 袪濕湯包,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 大火在煲內煲滾清水5升。
2. 所有材料,放煲內。
3. 湯,大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲75分鐘。
4. 湯已煲好,熄火焗一小時。
5. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Moisturizing soup Ingredients pack 1 No.
Winter melon 2 catty
Pork shank 1 No. (about 1 catty)
Date palm 10 Nos.
Dried orange peel 1 pc
Preparation:
1. The soup pack, soak in tap water for 20 minutes.
2. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Boil the pork shank for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Winter melon, including the skin and seeds. Rinse thoroughly. Divide it into 8 shares.
4. Dried orange peel, soak in tap water until it turns soft.
5. The soup pack, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
Steps:
1. Heat up 5L of water at high flame in pot.
2. Put all the ingredients in the pot.
3. Soup, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 75 minutes.
4. Soup has been boiled well, turn off fire and leave it for an hour.
5. Complete. Serve.
