    It's so much easier to dye the string before you glue it to the wood.

      You’re right! This maybe easier for some people 🤗

    I’ve become obsessed with macrame diy. Well watching the videos anyway. I still have yet to attempt it just yet. Im getting supplies this weekend to give it a try. This video has been amazingly helpful! You are very skilled and your video was informative and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing! I make diy videos too and if I succeed at macrame I’ll most likely make a video of it. Anyway I would love it is we could support and learn from each other.

      Awww thank you so much for watching & those kind words! I loooove DIY but I’m a super amateur at Macrame, I do basic knots and easy projects! I’m sure you’ll get it quickly!! I hope to see a macrame video soon 😊 & we’ll definitely support one another

      @MarliSelene  3 роки тому +2

      Hi 🤗 it really depends on how large or small you want the decor, I had plenty of cord left over from the one roll I purchased, thanks for watching 🙏🏽🥰

    What did you use to hang it?

    • @MarliSelene
      @MarliSelene  3 роки тому

      My plank of wood had two circles already cut into it so I just drilled 2 screws & it stayed 🤗
      You could also hot glue an additional string from one end to the other with a little slack & use a command hook to hang it to the wall

    Sorry, in your video it's only possible to see where the wire ends, you can't see where it comes out, the camera should be farther away to have an idea of the order of exit of the wires. It's pity

      Hi there 👋🏽If you listen to the voice over while watching the video you can hear me explain to start with the first string you glued down. Sorry you can't see it but hope that clears up any confusion!
