You didn't know everyone can reach level 20 with classes. Also the reason your getting your butt kicked in is cause you only have 1 tank you need a balance team 2 tank 2 attackers and 2 healers and a hero also if you done the Fabracator near the Colony Isurds from you would've found an item that can allow non healers to revive allies.
