I remember watching Shane early on on UA-cam. He was a little awkward, nervous and shy sounding but now the man really is in his element, congrats on your success brother.
GSP has great English. He just has a very strong accent, but his ability to speak and understand English is pretty much completely fluent as far as I’m aware
Jo moved to the United States in early 2013. He first lived in Colorado, where he fell in love with snowboarding. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia in late 2013, where he taught kickboxing and Muay Thai classes

Awesome stuff bro a dude who I was lucky enough to have met before fought in mauy Thai for long time explained it to me as a lazy switch and made a joke about it 🤣. Most people and beginners will switch stance completely before throwing the kick and he explained why that way is way better and harder for opponents to react. is nice seeing same views and opinions from other top guys it shows that people with experience know best for sure and I have always done it that way since and always will 👊🙏.
I sparred Jo when I was 13, boxing only as I was just a boxer at the time. Obviously he only went like 10-15% on me. Fantastic dude. Love to see him get appreciation.
