Loved the reverse order for the second round, the psychology around going back up to the start somehow is way more energizing than doing it from top to bottom again. 🎉❤
Idk how Sydney does it, but I find I actually enjoy doing cardio workouts now - my previous nemesis 😆 As a perfectionist trying to break out of that mindset, Ioving today's reminder of "failure's forward" and learning to enjoy the process of growing with all its ebs and flows. Every day, every workout its own form of progress as we are offered the opportunity to learn. So easy to get caught up in our expectations we forget to applaud the effort of simply showing up for ourselves and how far we have already come. Sending much love into the world today 🎉
