Somewhere between punishing myself with working out became a good session of workout where I feel strong. Somewhere between hating on myself of failure became a burst of laughter together with Sydney when I can't lift heavier anymore. Somewhere between not paying attention to what my body says and working out 5 times a week even when I feel like I should rest became 3 times of working out sometimes, but feeling good. Somewhere between always trying to have the perfect day or workout I accepted that life happens (thanks Sydney Squad!). Somewhere between then and now I started to love myself and loving workouts, doing them as a celebration of what my body is able to do. And it wouldn't be like this today if I didn't choose to choose Sydney out of every workout channels 3 years ago.
OMGOSH!!! When I woke up this morning, I actually slept in, I did not want to get out of bed ... but I did, and completed this sweaty workout!! after hearing you talk, I figured that is why I slept in, from working so HARD this week doing your workouts, which I LOVE ... I always prepare healthy meals and make sure I am getting enough Protein!! Thank you for pushing us .... 🥰♥
😮I can't lie that workout was a great challenge for me, because I was feeling tired, same as Sydney feels my leg like stones, but it's because I have worked so hard this week! I know the feeling and that is why I'm very proud of me and everyone showing up no matter what! It was really a epic week and big thank to Sydney and also Dustin for these great workouts 💪! Thank you guys, you are amazing 👏 ❤!
