This was an amazing way to start my day off! I’ve been re-dedicated to my nutrition and Sydney workouts since 1/1/23. Proud to report I’m down 5 lbs and no longer feel like a busted can of biscuits with my jeans on. 😂❤ Thanks for being part of my journey!

I was randomly searching for cardio workouts on UA-cam and came across Sydney Cummings. I've done several of her workouts multiple times and LOVE them! And this morning I was researching her more and realized she is local to NC which makes me love her even more, she's practically my neighbor! Thank you Sydney!!

Slowly getting back into the groove of 5am workouts after battling with the Whooping cough for month and a half w/3 babies...now I have to just get my nutrition on point. Last night I ate homemade cinnamon and buttered popcorn-which was DELISH!!! But I would like to clean up my diet a bit and focus more on my proteins! I know once I get the kitchen stuff in order I'll see more results and hit them personal goals😅
@@McSwordio that’s so cool! I’ve never tried popcorn that way?! Like kettle corn?! I’ve had 4 kids lol! It’s harder to maintain a routine each time around BUT being a 5am girl is a big help🫶🏼💪
I have done all different types of workouts with different types of trainers. Sydney is by far one of the most positive and encouraging I've ever worked with. I always leave in a great mood!! This was a rocking cardio workout!
Holy baloney!!!!! What a start to the week 🔥🔥🔥🔥. At the mountain climbers I felt like I couldn't go any further but I paused and breathed 😰 and moved!!!! What a builder workout!!!!!
Whew! This was a good cardio burn. The time intervals made it feel more doable. I felt good by the end and was able to kick it up a notch by the last circuit because of how Sydney timed it. Excellent workout!
Oh my goodness!! 😢when I saw cardio. Thought about doing a different Sydney workout but trust her plan and finished this one! Yikes that was tough for my 67 year old body. No jumping for me. Finished and feel awesome 🤩. Go and get it!!!🎉🎉. Thank you Sydney/Dustin and this community!
Great way to Kickstart the week! Heart rate all the way up and I felt like I could go hard in reach round of those circuits! Saved to my travel Playlist since no equipment needed. I am sweaty from head to toe and ready to take on the day! Work week 2 let's go!!! 💪🏽 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

I've never been so engaged with an online program in my life. Followed Sydney for 1 year already but it's the first time I go through the entire program and I'm loving this. I honestly wake up in the morning being keen to see the workout of the day!
Now I know why I stuck around completing phase 1 of the program, it's the amazing pep talk at the end which motivates you to stay accountable and make better choices all throughout the day. I have become so strong mentally and physically over the past 6 weeks . Thank you Sydney :)

I stepped up the inchworm with pushups!!! The combo with the jump at the top is such a good all body workout ❤ I am sweating like I just ran the 400m race!! Coach Sydney does not hold back in her programs!!! Try it out and you’ll be so happy you did…like me (4 years strong)
Loved this! I made time for 20/30 minutes this morning and am thankful for it :) I'll be going for a nice long walk with a friend and our kids today - a balanced day for me ♥️

crushed it!!!!!!! i loved this so much and it was so fast!! my 2-1/2 year old atually did the 15 sec mt climbers!!! I didnt know he knew how to do that lol! he also joined me on some other moves! my goal is not only for me to be healthy but to teach my son the same. He made me a proud mama today!

Enjoyed this cardio workout and the format of it too. Something different to mix it up. The cardio was Something everyone could do no matter if you go full out or dial it back. Every exercise was manageable! I felt good at the end of it!
Crushed it . Really enjoyed that workout . I got something called egg weights for Christmas and I held those for most of the workout. I know everyone crushed this and is feeling so good
As a cardio lover this one was just perfect I really liked the format to 15 seconds work period to 45 seconds and then in the middle switch. Love the variety of exercises too and those mountain climber always a killer. Thank you so so so much !!!

Was dreading 30 minutes of straight cardio but it flew by. My endurance has improved so much since Week 1!
