These workouts are designed to be mix and matched depending on your schedule. You will perform 5 rounds of exercises, each with a unique combination of moves to hit your problem areas from all angles.
    This workout uses traditional inner thigh mat exercises to burn out those thighs like never before. You will shake and burn those pesky inner thighs into submission to get the lean dancer's of your dreams. You will perform lying plies, circles and raises as well as some challenging new elevated combinations. This one will definitely leave you sore the next day!

    This was my last leg workout for today. I am SO glad that I have been able to do it using a kilo ankle weight and without feeling exhausted at the end, yay!

    Today is my Fit in 5 day. Started with this one and made a mistake when put my ankle weights on😀. But I made it to the very end! Then I put the ankle weights off and did your Fit in 5 Mat Outer Thighs and Fit in 5 Mat Glutes. Finishe with your latest Target 10 and 5 Best Arm Toning Exercises. Thank you, Linda!

    Added this on to your Weights Band Upper Body Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Chest and Shoulder Strength. It might sound like a weird combination and it definitely is and I was supposed to do your Target 20 Upper but having finished your Chest and Shoulder Strength didn't feel like working my upper body more and decided to work my inner thighs 😁 as if they didn't have enough work yesterday 😁. This one is always intense and what I do love about it is that it's gonna make your thighs burn without using any additional equipment! Thank you, Linda!

      you can never work inner thighs enough in my opinion so to me it isn't a weird combo at all 😁

    Added this on to your Shape Up Band to have an hour long workout. I keep doing this workout every now and then hoping it's gonna seem easier the next time but nope 😁 it's still as challenging as it was 😁! Thank you so much! Love this one a lot!

    14 minutes... you think anyone can make it 14 minutes - I made it but BARELY and I have done lots of her videos - and still I could barely get through it - I can't imagine this longer than 14 - killer inner thigh workout

    This was a killer add on! I added ankle weight and those scissor moves really burned. This series is going to be awesome! I added it on to your Ballet Sculpt Lower. I'm going to try and squeeze in one of your cardio workouts this afternoon : ) Also, your garden looks gorgeous! I also did my workout outside since moving boxes have taken over my place haha. So I was drenched it sweat from the summer heat. It's a nice change to be outdoors though!

      Yes, I love that scissor kick move. I do love working out in the fresh air. There were birds flying overhead, which you couldn't see and also some small parrots making a noise in a tree across the yard. In one of the videos I could hear a crow quite loudly, but apart from that the mic is pretty good with cutting out background noise. 😊

      Oh wow, I didn't notice any noises. The sound was excellent! That's so cool you have wild parrots. Do you know what kind?

      We have heaps of different ones. Rosella, black and white cockatoos, little green ones called 28s, pink ghalas. They are all native to our area along with all the other bird life that is unique to Australia, like Magpies, Kookaburras and our own variety of weird crow. :)

      are you rotating your heel up as much as possible? You can try lying all the way down instead of propping yourself up on your elbow.
