Thanks for stopping by 🥰Most of the garlic will be replanted this fall because only half of my row came up. The small plants I will keep the seed from the bulbs and plant those also, which is a two year process.

You have a wonderful garlic garden. I love garlic. We had sooo many slugs when we lived in Western Washington. I do not miss them! You've put a lot of effort into your garden and it shows. Thank you for the wonderful comments and coming by to support my video 🙂 Only half my row of garlic came up so I will be putting most of the cloves back into the row this fall. Slugs are certainly troublesome when they eat all the flowers you plant. Eventually I'll get them managed.

Your garlic plants look AMAZING! I believe the flower blooming in the middle of the hostas is a type of poppies. We can use some cooler temperatures down here 🥵 it has been in high 90s feels like 106 degrees. Dont worry about your garden clothes, most of us dress in comfortable clothes while working in the yards and gardens too. Love seeing your garden updates and seeing the progress! Happy 4th to you too🙂
Thank you for coming by. I do think you are right about the poppy as it opened up a few days ago and I saw the bloom. We had that kind of heat here over a week ago now, which is why the peppers got scorched. That is to hot for me. Today is Canada Day, July 1st 🙂

Howdy, Krista! Thank you for the garden tour! You've put in lots of work... you'll have a lovely harvest, I'm sure... slugs not withstanding. Over here at Soggy Bottom we've got slugs galore. They just ate my marigolds! I NEED some slug bait. Garden clothes.. and hats... are the best-est. No worry there. The flower that's growing in your hosta looks very much like an OPIUM POPPY! I do love their seed heads... so decorative... and fun to draw. HUGs 💙 Blessings & Bubbles🫧

I hear ya with the slugs. They ate my marigolds, cosmos, nasturtiums and a bunch of hostas. Just got back inside from hand picking slugs just now. A few less to eat my veg and flowers.

I enjoyed your video, you're very organised. My soft neck garlic was terrible this year. The plant growing in amongst your hosta is a poppy. Looking forward to seeing you extend your vegetable bed and plant out more of your fruit and vegetables. I'm jealous of the amount of compost you can carry in your Dodge. Happy gardening!

Yes, the poppy did bloom and another came up in a different hosta. I was able to plant out a bunch of nasturtiums on Friday and Saturday 🙂Thanks for stopping by and letting me know about the poppy.
