    Ingredients :
    1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder
    1 1/2 tsp ginger powder
    1 tsp nutmeg and mace powder
    1 tbsp ginger galic and chilli paste
    10-12 pepper cones
    2-3 cinnamom
    2 black cardamoms
    3 green cardamoms
    saffron mixed in warm water
    salt taste
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1/2 kg mutton
    2 onions
    1 tsp kewda water
    1/2 cup oil
