Ingredients for Mutton Nihari Masala recipe
3 Bay leaves
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Black Pepper
6 Dried Red Chillis
2 Black Cardamom
6 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
1 Nutmeg
6 Cloves
1 tsp Cumins
3 pcs of Mace
2 sticks Cinnamons
Half tsp Black jeera
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
500 Gms Mutton
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Ginger Powder (Saunth)
1 Cup Oil
1 Chopped Onion
Slurry of Roasted Wheat Flour and water
2 tbsp Ghee
1 Chopped Onion
Half tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder

Is that with spices being ground ? Also , is it with black peppercorns or in place of black peppercorns?
grind peepli along with the other spices..It is not in place of pepper corns
Peepli means
Its a spice also known as long pepper
