Ingredients
For Marination

600 gms Chicken
One & ½ tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to taste

For Kadhai Masala
--------------------------
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
3 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
A small pc nutmeg
One Black Cardamom
2 Pcs Cinnamon
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

For Kadhai Chicken

½ Cup Oil
2 Bay Leaves
2 finely Chopped Onions
One & ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tomatoes
Paste of two Tomatoes
½ Cup Curd
2 tbsp Kadhai Masala (which we have prepared)
Ginger Julienne
2 Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander leaves
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Oil
2 Dried Red Chillies
Some cubes of Capsicum & Onions

I love the way you explain everything step by step👍 In Kadhai Chicken, you added salt in the chicken durin marination, but later the masalas does not get the seasoning of salt. Hence I added salt according to my family's taste. Thank you for sharing this recipe 🙏

The twist is you didn't add water n in the end you used fresh cream with lil fried onion n capsicum.

Benazir Ji aapki her recipe laajawaab zaayke ki hoti hai. Mujhe personally bahut pasand aati hain, aur main inko apne future reference ke liye save bhi karta hoon.
