Ingredients for Mutton kadai gosht recipe
500 gms Mutton
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
For Kadhai Masala Powder
2 Bay Leaves
5 Dried Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumins
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp fenugreek Seeds / Methi
3 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 Small pc of Mace
1 Black Cardamom
2 Sticks of Cinnamon
1 tbsp Dried fenugreek Leaves
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Cup Oil
2 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamoms
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
3 Onions Chopped
2 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
1 Cup Curd
2 tbsp kadhai Masala powder (which we made)
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Some Chopped Mint Leaves
Some Coriander Chopped
5 Green Chillies

मैम मैंने तो सुना है कि पेशावरी कढ़ाई गोस्त मे सिर्फ , गोस्त, टमाटर, कालीमिर्च, लहसुन, तेल नमक का ही इस्तेमाल करते है कोई और मसाला नही पड़ता मैन सिर्फ इन्ही मसलो से कढ़ाई गोस्त बनाया था बहुत ही लाज़बाब बना था। लेकिन आपकी भी रेसिपी भी मुझे पसंद आई

Just want to check with you...by adding onion and tomatoes with meat will the taste be ok?
Or is it ok to first fry onion and tomato and then add meat to it.

You can fry onions first also and it can be made the way i made too..will taste good both ways.in kadhai gosht mutton shud be fried very nicely and thats why we add onions later.or else the recipe will be just like mutton curry we usually make..
Mam tadka lagane ke liye kabhi kabhi ham sukhi lal mirch use karte he to uske liye konsi vali lal mich use karna best rahega.
