But that’s okay bc they’ll have all weekend to plan and review.

@amandas.7143 what evidence? All the Commonwealth has presented so far is conflicting stories from relatives and friends who were at the house that night, including the responding officers.
The CW hasn't even shown evidence that John was killed by a vehicle hitting him. It's pathetic. Not only that, they haven't even called the lead investigator - Michael Proctor.
If I didn't know any better and was just tuning into this case, I would think the Alberts and McCabes were on trial, and that Lally was their defense lawyer.
There's no possible way that anyone could find Karen guilty at this point. The terrible investigation into the death of an officer, pig DNA being found on swabs that were sent in (instead of sending in the actual items and letting the experts do the swabbing), and the texts and Google searches of Jen McCabe all raise reasonable doubt.
Remember, the defense doesn't have to prove anything. The sole burden is on the Commonwealth to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Karen is guilty. This case is the definition of reasonable doubt.

Tell us what you need to see and hear and from who? The ATF agent that signed a proffer agreement with the FBI? The fact that the FBI has ALL of their phones (and the FBI doesn’t even do murder investigations)

If you notice in Jenn’s testimony it was carrie that first told Karen something like “you’re driving drunk, u could have hit anything” that planted the idea and the reason why Karen starts yelling out “did I hit him, could I have hit him” bc these two jerks were calling her crazy and drunk while driving in the car w her. Meanwhile everyone has testified that they were only there for an hour and Karen only had one drink in her hand! Also, the husbands text?! “Tell them the GUY didn’t go inside” why the need to text that to anyone if the truth is that he never went inside? That means everyone would already know that, there would be no need to instruct anyone to say that unless they were lying and all wanted to stay w the same story!
Also, remember the cop that went to the FBI and that got them started investigating this case told them that it was a fight between mr. Albert and Collin. He said the fight ended up in basement and that John convulsed and threw up down there!! According to him, he came to 20 mins later but instead of getting him help, they dumped HIM outside!!!! He also said that they initially wanted to blame the plow guy but once Karen’s Tail light came into play they changed their plan!
Also one plow guy was out there 3 different times during the storm to plow and not once saw John laying anywhere outside, the fourth time which was I believe around 3-4am is when he was not able to plow because a blue car was blocking that area….why u ask?! Bc the car belonged to another Albert that is also a cop that went to park there to block the view while they moved him from the basement! now, what terrible is that is this cop was scared off from testifying once the FBI asked him to sign an affidavit….which makes u think how horrible the corruption is that he was that scared off and wouldn’t go on record. I also believe that the FBI was already investigating this particular dept bc they got on this case so quickly once that information was brought to them!
Oh and also Mcbee mentions the jeep but they didn’t bother to check if it was the jeep that supposedly hit him?! I mean that would match the injuries more since it has a plow attached to the front of it but of course they didn’t because they already were hatching a plan to blame everything on someone that was not inside in that house. It also makes sense why they got rid of their dog, their phones, and ripped up the basement floor before they even sold the house. One coincidence I may believe but this many?!! No way!!these people are liars and the corruption is deep. Sad that none of them have the morals to come forward with the truth. Also, none of them have shown any compassion for John. I hope next week they get more into the FBI data and autopsy results. And for the person that asks why Colin is on the stand, it is bc of the information given to the FBI that he was involved in the fight. That is why they showed those videos of him threatening to beat people up and why they showed the picture of his knuckles being swollen which btw hilarious how he didn’t “recall” anything from weeks or two years ago but all of a sudden was able to recall that he fell a week after John’s death and went to catch himself n somehow went to catch himself with that hand but instead of his palm being hurt, it was his knuckles. The trial is moving slowly because of Judge Bev. She's the one who makes them do ridiculous sidebars instead of allowing them to state a basis for an objection, have a brief counter, sustain or over rule, and go back to questioning. It's taking double the time what it should for that reason alone. And she lets Lally ask the most irrelevant mundane questions. This is her doing. Judges run their courtroom so they're to blame when things run too slowly.
Judge Bev is speeding it up. She wants no more half days, and a result around 8th June.

"I don't know" or "I don’t recall" on the witness stand usually means they know the truth but prefer not to answer. Most lawyers will prep them to answer with either of these phrases, especially when disclosing the truth can potentially incriminate them and/or others involved in the crime. It's preferred over "I take the 5th", which appears even more suspicious of their potential guilt and/or potential involvement. 😁

John was in a fight with someone in the basement, probably Colin. John was on top of him winning the fight. One of the Alberts let the dog loose to get John off Colin. Dog kept biting/pulling on John's right arm, but he didn't get up.
Someone else bashed John in the back of the head which ended the fight. John got up, was thrown out of the house or stumbled out dazed on his own, and fell on the front lawn.
Jen MCCabe Googled "how long to die in the cold", because they knew he fell to the ground outside.
On the stand, Jen lied over and over to make Karen seem unstable and insane, a very common ploy of police who want to distract from their own actions and corruption. Jen clearly lied and said "Karen had John's blood all over her hands and said "Do I have my period"? Women, DO NOT have to ask other women if they have their periods! That was a flat out lie to make her seem crazy!
The only problem is that Karen is on camera admitting she asked if she hit him, as is her father saying she had told him she hit something.

The allegations of bias and corruption are not baseless. Judge Cannone's brother Peter defended Chris Albert years ago when he killed someone in a hit and run.
Also, Bev was supposed to rotate out of this court, but refused the rotation so she would land this case.
Her bias is so blatant, everyone is noticing it.
And as a fellow Masshole (like the jurors), I can confidently say, they're not dumb. They see it too.
The allegations definitely have merit. Clearly the whole trial is a sham. 13-14 days of testimony and the only thing that the prosecution reaffirms is that Karen Read was maliciously and falsely charged and there's a clique of folks from Canton who don't know how to tell the truth even when the facts are under their nose in plain sight.
The bar is so low for the prosecution that the one witnesses that seems to “recall” everything after 2 weeks of testimony is being referred to as “refreshing” smh. These are LIVES! JO’s life and KR’s life. Nothing was “refreshing” about someone just talking on the stand trying to make sure they don’t incriminate their family! This is a little off the beaten path, but did anyone else notice the strange irony in the story that Jen McCabe told about the song/video, "It's Raining Men", that she said she played for her family in the house that night - that it was a family joke that one of her sisters likes to dance and sing with an umbrella, and so she found this video with people doing that with umbrellas. And strangely, coincidentally, there was literally a man being rained/snowed onto her family's front yard around the same time. Just one of those weird things that happen!!!!??? Seems like a spooky parallel there that just snuck by unnoticed in her testimony. Not sure what to make of it, if anything. Here's hoping the truth comes out about who killed the man, whatever it may be.

If this lady is sure that either McCabe or Yaneti came out ahead, reporting is really not for her. This was boomshell testimony and and McCabe became a nervous wreck, clearly freaking out-shaking, inappropriately smiling, frantically trying to read the text messages to hurry and get his story straight, making comments that make him seem cold toward John, Karen, and even John’s pride in the niece’a school acceptance. So where was Higgins's car? Albert's had two cars plus a police car. McCabe was in the driveway. What happened to Higgins?
