- Matt McCabe testifies Karen Read called his wife screaming in the early hours following the party. He said he saw Read's SUV move at least 3 times in front of the house the night of the party. He said he did NOT see a 6'2" man lying on the lawn.
Prosecutors allege Read hit O’Keefe with her car and left him to die in the snow. But Read’s defense team says she never hurt O’Keefe and that she is being framed by the true killers, who may have been inside the house where his body was found.

SISTERS,BROTHERS and their children - not really alot of people and all related - NO ONE WITNESSED A CRIME and there are no witnesses outside of their social circle - NOT ONE. Both McCabes acted aloof toward both Karen and John in spite of their acting like they were friends. You don’t blame your friend and act annoyed bc your friend is upset over her boyfriend missing and then finding him the way she did. I feel like they submitted into evidence ,( if aunt Bev let them 🙄🙄) the previous text literally said "Proctor" who was the investigator. But of course the judge called side bars and breaks between so I feel like it even flustered Yanetti. The final question should have been, "didn't you name Proctor in your previous text" instead of "did I ask you any of that" ?
But the bottom line is, This judge is playing defense for the McAlberts and burying the lead.
I find it sketchy that he is allowed to have and use his cell phone there on the stand. He might have answers or references on his cell phone??
He actually said he did not have a cell phone on him...he was handed a court officer's phone/light to read the document that was so dark.

The Judge asked if he had his cell phone. He didn't. She wanted him to see the paperwork the Lawyer gave him. The Judge allowed him to retrieve his cell phone from his car.

Albert led State Police on a 30 hour manhunt after rear ending a car on I-95 in Attleboro and killing the driver Peter Berger at 3 AM before fleeing the scene. Passenger Peggy Lau survived. Berger was a 23 year old exchange student attending Johnson and Wales, and was described as “one of the top students in the MBA honors program.” Peter had a bright future ahead of him which was stolen from him by Chris Albert. He would be 54 years old today, and possibly have a family of his own. To make matters worse Berger’s parents couldn’t travel across the world to grieve him, and had to send their younger son instead.

This judge is unbelievable! Unfortunately, I’m not surprised by any of the corruption allegations. I live in Massachusetts and all of these towns are the same! Law enforcement can basically do whatever they please! I’ve heard all stories regarding my local PD, from back in the day! It’s unbelievable! I can’t imagine the jury convicting KR with this, and if she ever was to be convicted; absolutely grounds for appeal! If you have followed this from the beginning than you know exactly where I coming from with this! There is no way a jury will convict her! The states witnesses have only proved the defenses’ theory all along!
