I recently restarted my running practice. I am happy I came across this video for post run stretching. I found the stretches to be relaxing the entire body. Made me all set to look forward to day ahead without any niggles. I am sure to come back here on my running days for proper cool down.

I feel beautiful. This was a perfect intensity relaxing stretch after a short run through Chicago. Yesterday I hated you because ten minutes seemed like an eternity. Today this was smooth as a breeze.
would you be able to do a longer (maybe 30+ minutes) post run stretch video? I really enjoyed your 10 minute stretch as I didn't have a lot of time. now I try to focus more on running and thus would love to do more stretching but can barely find any longer tutorials as, it seems, everybody is rushing nowadays hahah maybe you could even do some upper body stretches additionally to the lower body / run specific stretches? personally I focus mostly on running but would probably feel like im leaving out the rest if I only stretch my lower body.. thank you so much and keep up the great work :)
😂 this is so true, everybody is rushing that’s why I started with shorter ones to try to get runners to at least do something. As my channel has grown it seems that people are allocating more time for stretching which is fantastic, I have a few more 20+ minute stretches upcoming and I’ll definitely record a longer 30+ minute one for sure Juuun 😊 I appreciate your feedback 🙏

I really want to do more running and at the moment I have so much free time so I would love to do it the "100% correct" way - of course there no right, but at least I want to do it as good as possible. Another good one. I like the bent knees forward fold; I feel much less awkward doing these than say, Breathe and Flow's routines (which I still use; sorry, I'm fickle).
