Hi Charlie! Really grateful to have come across your channel a few weeks go! I am finding these pose breakdown w/ modifications shorts so helpful; would it be possible for you to make a dedicated playlist of them going forward?

Hey I’m so glad you found my channel and my videos have been helping you. UA-cam doesn’t have the option to put shorts into a playlist unfortunately but maybe it will be a feature they introduce in the future.

@@CharlieFollowsYou can add shorts to playlists from the “history” area, but it might be different for creators that are making playlists on their channels?

I am now a year after my pregnancy, and my diastasis still hasn't closed fully. I enjoy yoga very much, but I also really want to have a flat tummy again. Any yoga exercises you would recommend?

Why must the knees stay behind the toes?

Hi! I love your videos and shorts. However, with all due respect, I have a doubt about this video. In the book “Light on Yoga” by yoga guru Iyengar, he definitely bends his knees more in this pose, up to a 90 degree angle. They go far past his toes. So is this a variation of Chair Pose?

      Hey great question ☺️
Chair pose like lots of other poses is approached differently in different styles of yoga. For example in Ashtanga there is an emphasis on keeping the upper body upright and they also bring a slight backbend into the posture. I am teaching the way I was taught which is a variation like you say.

I really need to mobilise my shoulders, because my arms definitely can't reach that straight up. Any tips?
