Oh, yay! So glad to hear that you will try out my suggestion for adding an afterthought heel to allow you to keep knitting as many socks as you want. I also had never tried the afterthought heel until I had the same realization that you had where I was knitting all the socks in my own size, which really limited who I could gift them to. I used the crazy sock lady tutorial on UA-cam for her afterthought heal and it has fit perfectly. The tutorial includes instruction on how to measure backwards from your completed toe to help you choose where to cut in for the heel and some pointers on how to make sure that you’re getting a straight cut. Everyone who received socks for Christmas told me how well they fit and how much they love the socks. I’m looking forward to hearing about your adventures with afterthought heels, and get your feedback to see how well you think they work out! As for all your other crafts, it’s all wonderful!! I also enjoy multiple crafts. I’ve actually been knitting less and crocheting more lately. I’m also really into diamond painting. So it’s great to see all the different crafts that you enjoy, and it makes me wonder if maybe I should pick up a new hobby or two lol.

I don't do any other crafts now but am interested in seeing yours. Actually I'm contemplating finishing a small quilt (for my new granddaughter) my mom started eons ago. I started on the Cozy Quilt socks in red and white as a year long project.
So great to see another video pop up!! I don't know how you could rip out socks! lol Okay the pooling one yes, but the purple, someone would have loved them! You should make a musselburg (I don't think I spelled that right) hat with the purple and a coordinating colour. I love your quilt, so pretty! I love the chunky mittens, do you sell any of your home spun yarns?
